Hahaha! Stray Kids I.N - 'Maknae on Top' reaction 

I.N. is holding a carton of eggs at the end while sleeping and the others cover him. This goes back a couple of years ago when during a SKZ Code (I think it was SKZ Code, but it was one of their shows) they each had a mission to complete. I.N.'s was to protect a carton of eggs, but as soon as he entered the room the members rushed him. The carton was under his shirt, but they wrestled it away. Lee Know grabbed it, ran to the kitchen and smashed the eggs in the sink. So this was like Chan and Changbin saying sorry and tucking I.N. to sleep peacefully with the eggs.

This song is especially important to those 3 (and probably the others as well) since it portrays their group's unofficial "rule". In Korean culture, it is mandatory, that the oldest does everything first. It is a form of respect. (correct me if I'm wrong, since it isn't my own culture but that is what I've heard on multiple occasions.) But for Bang Chan, it was important that the youngest does "everything" first. Such as getting the first bite of Food, saying Toasts, leading Walks on Award shows and holding trophies. The other Members go by that rule very much naturally. They do it even if Chan isn't there or doesn't pay attention to it.

At the end where I.N is sleeping on the couch hugging a carton of eggs....... That's a reference to an episode of Finding SKZ (I can't remember the episode # ), where I.N was tasked with protecting some eggs. The other members chased him to the kitchen and broke all of his eggs and I.N, while still cute as a button, was NOT happy.
