My buddys father did the merchandise for the event still have a pristine tee shirt from event, mike goodwin was there on a gurney there..Marty tripes,Jarsov falta,Tony D...
If you watch the top guys of the early 80’s Hannah, Ward, Barnett, Bell, Glover, O’mara, etc…before the gnarly huge jumps and formulaic rhythms of today, those guys relied on brass balls and railing the turns like this. Turning was actually what separated the legends from the regular ppl…the ability to chuck it into a corner and just absolutely blast through there. Watch any early supercross from 80-86ish. They will appear slow since there was no rhythm but pay attention to the cornering!
I think the main reason he even has haters is because he comes from a popular family. If he didn’t have the social media following he does then I believe they’d look at him like just another Jett Lawrence where the kid is a natural and competes with top level dudes.
The haters think because his dad Brian made tons of money and put himself and his family in a great financial situation because he put his body on the line, that this kid has "had everything handed to him" like the only he has won all the championships growing uo was because his dad could afford a nice bike and suspension, and a coach. Like he hasn't woken up early and trained and hit the grind and worked out and trained again and again and again. If your poor or have money you gotta put in the same amount of work on and off the track.
Please give me a break rc shit all over Bubba it's why rc is the goat that man could corner at 5"0 nothing better then a 6 foot man I saw jn first hand at Washougal mx nationals
@@truth.tactical5580 No, you're right. Bubba ran on the edge and sometimes he got out of control but he is still top 5 overall. You have to give me that
@@revolution2405 Stewart was a really on he did what no one else did he pushed the bike and himself to the limit yeah he crashed but he never stop trying stew gets to much hate for no reason it’s insane
This kid and his dad has got me back into MX, I love Brian’s approach as a dad/coach and Haidens mentality to push his limits but being able to reel it back in and go to basics and just dominate, the way he hits berms is art, smooth transition while leaning into the throttle for that kick out he gets, so exciting to watch
Kid is generational talent hands down , what will understand is when he and he alone dethrones JETT and he will do it we getting to see something really special grow right before our eyes, he and Jett may go back and forth or does Jett’s childish behavior and women kill his want to win , HAIDEN WILL NEVER SUCCEED TO ANYONE EVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES MOTHER FUCKEN 100!!!!!
He's a different kind of bread the old heads don't really understand the work this kid has put in this far he will for sure be winning the 250 champion ship this year no doubt the guys leads the points now are vets hes third on the charts he will surpass them by mid season
He's a good rider, but saying hes a generational super star is a huge stretch. I dont see it personally, his tantrums are good for entertainment though.
He's a Silver Spooner that's been given everything, the only hard work he's ever done is ride his brand new bikes he gets every xmas,if all you ever did was ride all day every day instead of going to work, you'd be just as good as him.
You cant teach that speed. Haiden is going to be a force when he dials in that race craft. He has a long ways to go but he sure is something special and we may not see another rider like him for years to come. He's going to make supercross boring because he's going to be winning by 7+ seconds every race..
How people hate on a kid let alone a kid this talented is astonishing! Easily a outdoor or supercross champ in the next couple years maybe even both titles!!!
His last 3 laps at Washougal 2 weeks ago was the fastest I've EVER seen ANYONE ride that track and I've watched Emig and Carmichael when he was an Amature doing heel clickers off the table top when it was there, Danger Boy has a very bright future and his dad should be VERY VERY PROUD! I remember seeing the kid trying to ride a 450 his first time he clutched it and rode while standing on the peg and then as it was going jumped on and now the kid is 6 foot tall. Hopefully he stops growing ya don't want to be too big as a rider. He started being a Pro early and they figured that this year would be a great learning year and he's the first 250 to finish a 1-1 the competition is that crazy in the 250 field! Some great years to look forward to in the sport!!!
What in the!!!?? I’ve watch SX my whole life and never seen someone rail a burm like that before. It almost looked fake for how fast he did that. Kids only 17 too. Imagine when he’s 20 and STILL a kid!! World champ potential for sure. Obviously the day is still young to make big claims but he at least had the talent to become that.
We'll be seeing Haiden and Jett battling it out on Saturdays for many years to come hopefully! We'll have another Stewart vs Carmichael era again, God willing.
Surely qualified fastest and won the main with speed like this? Barcia looks fast af too. Looking fast doesn't win the race. Jett and hunter look slow and smooth. In control.
Hayden Deegan is truly an amazingly fast and talented rider, I think he needs different people surrounding him though, people who are a bit more ethical. If you were as fast as Hayden Deegan you don’t need to have cheater motors. That’s gonna be a real sad chapter in his career. Motors don’t help you rail a berm such as that
Myself being a very very amature sunday motox rider that's beautiful too watch 👌 can see how many hours he's spent on two wheels when I see him ride/race ,I'd love to be half as good as danger boy 🤙
I’m no pro but it’s way easier judging the max speed you can relatively safely take a corner than it is to judge the perfect speed too take jumps too be the fastest.. I don’t watch mx i feel like they can all do this though.
Just my 2c, not a fan of the giant bowl turns in sx. I think they have gotten too easy. Nothing wrong with some banking but when it's too high there's no equal bottom or middle line so they go fast but don't race much.
Haters say whatyou will, but he's going to be special. Already is. So fun to watch him rip... the development is pretty incredible over the years. He loves the sport and puts in the work. Braaaaap!!!
You know, people saw o hes rich hes got it all. I raced for years and money doesnt buy speed, it helps better bikes, better equipment. But it stops there the rider has to put in the grueling work and this kid has. And if he can keep it on two wheels and no injuries. He is gona do big things
Haiden Deegan is the real deal! I hope he has a great career. He has put the hard work in. All the haters and keyboard warriors just watch him ride and wish you had a tenth of the talent he has!
I think most of his haters are grown men wishing they were half as good as Haiden. This guy is the future of this sport. He’s only going to keep getting better.
I see everyone talking about haters constantly but I never see the hate comments. Are there really that many haters??? Been following this kid on RU-vid for years it’s awesome to see him up in the big leagues now.
