Thank you for this video. Sadly it didn't help to find the 2nd filter. I checked the machine again and finally found it. Maybe you can add it to your video. The 2nd filter that need to be cleaned every couple of weeks is below the filter with the lint in it. If you look down into the hole, you see a handle. Pull it a bit forward then to the right and lift it up. Boy, ours was full with lint - no wonder the machine didn't dry our clothes anymore. :-)))
Great informative videos. Would you recommend this model due to having little or no access to the filter in the bottom left of the dryer? Surely if that can’t be cleaned out properly it will result in the dryer packing up?
If you have little or no access to the condenser unit at the bottom, then normally the dryer should have its own ability to send water through the condenser unit to clean it. Thanks for the feedback
Yes the heat pump dryers are more cost efficient to run , BUT the drying time is easily twice the time ,so are they really a good alternative option for the standard condenser type dryer ,saying that I do own the Haier 9kg heat pump , but definitely prefer the condenser dryers , especially, for the drying times
Hi I’ve just reversed the door to open from right to left , I have followed the instructions from my manual, but now the opening handle is lower down , to previous higher up , like diagonal, the handle is now lower than the locking catch ,as far as I can see this is how it’s supposed to be , maybe you or anyone reading this may say if this is correct or I’ve just got something wrong 🤯 My tumble dryer is a haier 9kg heat pump
I just bought my haier tumble dryer and it's making huge amount of noise on very 1st cycle, fixed it on top of washing machine with proper installation kit. Please guide me where things have gone wrong, or is the noise level is normal. Because I expected it to be quite enough.
This is a pretty quiet model so if it is noisy, it may be faulty. I would contact the retailer to see about popping out to check the machine to see if it ok.
It can be but you will need to make sure there is ventilation around the unit and especially at the front, so if you have a furniture door on the front, then do not leave it shut when its in operation
@@zannahmartell9813 thank you for your quick reply! How does this machine score in cleaning performance if compared to the washers you had in the past? Washes/ cleans better or worse?
Don’t see the sense in purchasing a tumble dryer for to buy a airer to partially dry the load of room required to air laundry in new technologies that are not fit for purpose the idea of a tumble dryer’s is exactly that to dry the laundry in not having wet clothes hung around the house. For asthmatics and modern homes in poor ventilation conditions to causing mildew and problems with homeowners not having central heating or their heating on the cold air of creating condensation and damp rooms in furnishings and cold areas like walls or cold surfaces the older dryers do just that they dry the laundry either vented or the traditional condenser dryer is better than the newer heat pump that does not work in cold rooms of 59 degrees or less so a older terraced house or kitchen or rooms without heating and then you have a dryer that does not work at all and not suitable for British homes in our winters and spring and autumn weather.
