I love how Tsukki was the first one to notice Kageyama going back to his junior high personality. Tsukki is literally the first character to introduce Kageyama's past as well.
Let me tell explain Kageyama’s reaction in this episode as a former professional volleyball player. Getting selected or scouted to an All-Star team is a common thing in any sports. It can be on any level based on levels : Sub-junior, junior, senior, free for all or by age. The problem occurs when the team has one of the best players in the world and others in the team are great but not the best. The best player plays with other players of his status and experiences the bliss of playing with players who don’t need a support or who make mistakes. It’s just like what happened with Kageyama and the youth club. But when you come back after these camps and play for your own team, it gets real difficult because at this level people will make mistakes and will lose “silly” points. That’s what Kageyama was going through and they showed it real well.
if i were kageyama i would also be pissed with the team performance. you can see that kageyama gave 120% of his all to his set and the spikers just slam it without thinking😂 its exhausting for the setter
idc if they wanna try something new or some shit. but they need to tell the setter first before doing it. when get constantly blocked, setter also bear the pressure from the opponent blockers
