Japanese highschool sports is so cool. Baseball and volleyball are my top two favourites to watch. They play wholeheartedly with such a good sportsmanship. Too bad I can't play baseball because it's not so popular in my country.
That’s Yuki Ishikawa, he’s indeed the ace of Japan’s national team! There are many videos of him on RU-vid, if you have time to watch full matches, this is a great match to start (free streaming before 2021) www.volleyballworld.tv/video/95613
number 10 is actually such a good player, he has really good serves and his spikes literally do exactly what their purpose is in that specific situation, he is probably an experienced player because his game sense is very high
I think he already played for latina here? He played for modena in December 2014 and he just turn 19 in December 11, he's still very young. So he have some experience.
He’s good with this trick since high school but all he needed is a teammate who can keep up with him really fast and well then the result would be like he did it against Italy *superb*
shlater You’re not dumb! Easy to get confused if you don’t know Japanese. Yuki is indeed very cool with his tricks 😁 By the way if you want to see a high school player doing that trick, look up Ran Takahashi. He did it after seeing Yuki’s play. He is said to be the next ace of Japan. He admires Yuki too 💖 Found the video. Ran still needs to fine tune the timing but here it is: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-zfJSqzfznuk.html
Black team is Chuo University. #10 is Yuki Ishikawa, a famous player in Japan (and now also famous in Italy) who broke some Japan volleyball records. He was recruited to the senior national team at the age of 18, and started playing in the top volleyball league “Superlega” in Italy while he was still in college. He became a pro player in Italy after graduating. There are many videos of him on RU-vid.
