I mean if someone had a registered business thats the same as my name..that doesn't automatically give me the right to register the same name just because its mine. That would be deemed an infringement of a registered limited company's right to trade freely and without undue and unwarranted unfair competition..thats the principle behind.

For those who are interested, search "slugging" on RU-vid. Basically it includes applying a layer of a petroleum-based product (typically vaseline) on top of moisturiser before bed.
