I respect the logic of getting skill technique training from people who never made it to the level these players are trying to go to. It makes total sense. NBA dudes should hire Kevin Hart as a dunking coach, as well.

This seems like an excellent workout. Very cool. One thing - find a better metaphor than the jar to make the point. Too much work trying to keep up with what it actually means...maybe I'm just not that smart.

Hailey is by far the hottest hopper in college coming in a close second is Gabbie Marshall then Kate Martin. This class of females are the easiest on the eyes. The old players from UConn are hard to look at. Taurasi bird and Stewart fail the eye test. Hailey and flaujae from LSU are ready for prime time.
