Old 24ft Haines Hunter 733 cabin cruiser restoration from sitting in a boat yard for years to being out on the water! Follow each part of these videos to see what needed to be done, how we did it and the final result!
To help protect the front of the boat when you’re towing, I’d recommend a V-shaped rubber bow stop, you could add additional protection like carpet or a cover to make sure the rubber doesn’t mess with the paint job or gel coat. Best of luck and I look forward to watching the progress you make!
Cheers for the ideas. I've already got something in mind to replace the entire bow stop setup. I'll have it coming up in one of the next videos so keep watching to see how it turns out, and definitely let me know what you think 🤙
Just a thought. Instead of filling the gas tank full of water, fill the sealed compartment with water and pressurize the tank with air and look for bubbles.
Haha, Yes you are correct! I must have watched this video countless times before uploading it and my wife found the mistake straight after it was up on RU-vid! Cheers for watching
All going really well! Progress has slowed slightly due to other projects needing my attention but i'm back working on it now so more videos coming soon
