Hi Welcome to Chiara's One-Handed Life
I thought in today’s video, I would show you my hair care routine with one hand. I show you how I wash and dry my hair with one hand and how I manage to open my hair care products that are always really hard to open with one hand and can also be hard to open when you are standing in the shower
some of you may struggle with this as Hemiplegia and cerebral palsy affects everybody differently. So don't be discouraged if you can't do it the first time I'm sure you will be able to find a way. I hope this helps and I Hope you enjoy the video.

So helpful, thank you! I’ve just taught myself how to do the hair wrap last week. My hand and arm get SO tired blow drying. I appreciate all your tips.

Thank you so much. The brush I use at the end is a round brush hairdryer. this is the name of the one I have. Revlon Salon One-Step Hair Dryer and Volumiser hope it helps

Do you always use hair dye and hair straightener?

Hi, thank you for your comment. I do not use hair dye hair straighteners. In the video, I was washing my hair with shampoo and conditioner. And then I blow dry my hair and I always like to blow dry curly. I don’t really use straighteners.
