SCINCE MOM KAYLEY!! Also YES Please do a whole video on silicones. I'd also like to see one on sulfates, another "scary" ingredient that people don't fully understand.
It's not a replacement for Olaplex, but it's a great addition/extension and it's a similar effect after continued use. It's like the leave in mist Olaplex is missing...Mark my words Olaplex #9 will be a 3x higher priced version of this!
@@BrendasBeauty aww i was really hoping it would be a replacement since Olaplex is so expensive and only their No. 0 is fragrance free but idk if you could use No. 0 on its own :(
I love this type of videos by you ... they are informative AF and I understand my hair type and hair chemistry so much better... you are literally saving my hair ...
First of all CONGRATS on your engagement! I'm so happy for you and I wish you and Jenna a long, happy, healthy life together! Also congrats you're almost at 2 million! I actually got a hold of the INKEY bond builder and I love it!
I LOVE science Kayley! As a scientist myself, I love hearing the science behind hair care and the products you recommend without having to do the research myself.
Ugh THANK YOU for addressing the demonization of silicones!!! This is a particular issue in the curly community and it bothers me because high porosity hair can do WAY better with some silicones!!
I don't normally run out and buy stuff BUT 👏 I 👏 AM 👏 SOLD 👏 Thanks for the review, I've been looking and researching lots of brands and products for a number of weeks now for a few specific concerns of mine and this is exactly what I needed!! I love science Kayley 💕
Right? I've never had such a fast turnaround between learning about a product and spending $50 on their site haha. I hope brands recognize the power of educating their customers and how that can encourage purchases and consumer satisfaction.
OH MY Gosh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Congrats on your engagement! I saw all the comments below and was like, wait, what did I miss?! Lol, I had to go do a google search! Congrats, so incredibly happy for you!!
Really wished the PCA Bond Treatment didn't rely on silicones for its formula. I have low porosity wavy/curly hair and prefer to stay away from water insoluble cones. I was hoping for a cheaper alternative to Olaplex to tide me over for now. I've been using the peptide treatment and that does seem to be making a difference.
Hey quick question about hyaluronic acid in hair care! You said that you can use it in both wet and dry hair, but should there still be some moisture in the hair so that the hyaluronic acid doesn't actually such all the moisture out of the hair. Isn't that the case with it in skin care too? You should apply it to damp face so that it doesn't draw the moisture from your actual skin. e.g. why hyaluronic acid is a sponge, it will suck moisture from anywhere
Would you say the caffeine stimulating scalp treatment is a replacement in your routine for The Ordinary Multipeptide treatment or the Nioxin one? Or do they have different benefits that can be used together? I've already bought the other two but now you're selling me on this one!
Hey, I have been meaning to try some of these products! Thanks for the informative video. Also, congratulations on your engagement!!! I am very happy for you 🥳. Edit: Aww, the salicylic acid is sold out again.
AHHH i am so excited that you made this video! i've been eying inkey list products for a while now! thanks for all of these recent super informative and educational videos!
I was so excited to try their SA scalp exfoliator.. but how disappointed I got when I tried it. Way to fluid-y.. it sunk into my hands before I had the chance to put it on the scalp. And the bottle was tiny and didn't last long at all.
Jojoba oil is also REALLY good for nail growth so you might get some added incidental benefits on your hands if you use them to apply the shea treatment 👀
hey! this might be a stupid question but are these products ok to use on colored hair? in particular fashion color. i would love to try these products but dont want i to fair my bright red hair
I’m so confused when you order them can you choose the size of it because every time I see these vidoes with there product’s they look bigger because I got this and it’s not that big like hers
I would love a hair care routine with all the extra stuff (I.e. not just shampoo and conditioner) I've just gotten on top of skincare and would love a proper hair care routine 🥰
I’m so excited to try this! My hair is fine, color treated and heat styled. Menopause has also affected my hair. I’ve been doing a lot of re-search that’s how I found you. I was going to try to do rice water but that’s more work than I want to do. Can you recommend a styling product and/or finishing spray that won’t weight my hair down leave buildup and is Touchable soft also not damaging 🤷🏼♀️ I’ve been using pantene hair spray alcohol free Brushable natural control. But I feel like after the day is over my ends feel really dry 😩 I stopped washing my hair every day for a year now. I stopped using SD Alcohol 40-B I’ve tried not to heat style as much. Taking vitamins every day. Trimming split ends Daily. I’m using Wella FusionPlex shampoo, conditioner and mask once a week and switching back-and-forth Wella elements. Also I’ve been using Elizavcca CER-100 ❤️ Then I got Organtica Jonoba oil. And a silk pillow case. My hair is doing better so I just colored it. Now I have a lot of breakage😢 So now im going to try Inkey 🤞🏻
I know I'm late to this one (I save review videos until I have money to spend lol) but I would love to hear you talk more about silicones, and also sulfates. I've been using sulfate free shampoo for years now and thought that meant I couldn't use silicones at all, but I don't really know if that's true! Or even if sulfates are that bad. Would love a rundown from our hair science queen ❤️
I just placed an order for the binder, caffeine tx and the Shea oil. Having just got my hair highlighted, I am hoping that the bond builder will ease some of its suffering lol
I cant wait to have some extra money so I can buy all of their suggested products for my hair and face. i have two of their skin care products but I NEED MOREEE Also, congratulations on your engagement!!
Hello not sure your still interested or found it by now but I am in Canada too and just bought mine from Sephora online. They didn’t have any in store. Hopefully you have found it by now but in case you haven’t. Take care!
Hair care line is currently not available in Canada 😭😭😭 I really want to try that caffeine scalp treatment! I have very thin and fine hair, so I get really frustrated with the amount of hair I lose. Also, hello hydration!
Not sure if your still looking but most if not all their products are available from Sephora online. Mine didn’t have any in store. I’m in Canada 🇨🇦 too.
I bought my mom the caffeine treatment for mother's day because she is losing a fair amount of hair with age (she has yet to use it so idk how it is). I got myself the salicylic acid scalp exfoliation treatment, and so far so good! I have only used it twice (only wash my hair once a week) but I haven't gotten any irritation or bad reaction so I'm calling it a win so far
