I had this when I turned 16 to 17 and after that i changed my nutrition a little bit and started to use Dht blocking shampoos and castor oil + rosemary oil and egg hair mask and my hair got a lot healthier and a little bit thicker as well and my hairline got better as well but not that much.
@@ericbryant-dz8mj I’ve realised something I think naturally my left side is more thinner than the other. I’ve realised this because my other family members left side is a little thinner than the other and me growing my hair made it visually show more which gave me the wrong impression. so I wasn’t balding after all actually my hair is very thick
@@ericbryant-dz8mj but something that could cause this is lack of sleep or not eating well enough ion deficiency can be a lead cause for this aswell I suggest getting a blood test to see if everything is going well
I’m 27 and have a problem of thinning hair on the sides... it’s very obvious that I have to hide it. I naturally have very thick and strong hair. I ruind it by using wrong products and a lot of heat over the years... what should I do in this case
I had trichotillomania when I was like 13 and it gave me a huge balled spot on one side of my head. It grew back though and I stopped pulling on my hair. But about 5 months ago I noticed that on that same spot it receded really quickly and hair started falling out. Now it doesn't seem to have gotten a lot worse but I also can't tel. it might be getting worse and I just don't notice it. It's a big ass spot though, I can cover it easily but it's still embarrassing when I uncover it. And nobody seems to know yet either. so we'll see. If I go balled I go balled nothing else I can do. Just wished I woulda snagged a girlfriend before hand lol
@@Usamaajmal6780 not that much but it also has not gotten worse. If it happened on only one side of your head it's probably not receding. Keep in mind though that a good chunk of men will inevitably go Bald and a lot of them have no issues finding partners.
@@yum8666 I might have accepted it better if i was going bald in a pattern..but having decent hair on the head and a blad patch on one side really looks bad..It really sucks
