@@julien42230 yes and I did it at one of the best clinics in London. I was 2r at the time so the doctor didn't want to put that much in case I'll need one or 3 more in the future. I pays almost 7 thousand pounds. What I learnt is that you won't look bald and people won't really notice that you had a transplant. But you can't to dose amazing hairstyles and plus the natural balding. I will defenetly try the hair sistem. I want to be able to have like healthy fake hair on the top of my head, everywhere haha. How was your transplant, are you fully happy?

Sehr gut erklärt. Man muss auch bedenken nicht jeder ist für eine HT geeignet, weil man nicht genügend Spendehaar hat. Deswegen finde ich das Haarsysteme eine sehr gute Option ist und man nix zu verlieren hat.

Danke für Dein Feedback! Da hast Du absolut recht. Wie gesagt, kann man sich ja auch für eine Kombination entscheiden. Hauptsache, man ist am Ende wieder mit seiner Haarsituation zufrieden.

I did a transplant many years ago and it was the worse thing I ever did. The hair is very thin and fine. It looks like dolls hair in some areas. And I have a scar going around the back of my head . Even when if I shave my head you can see the transplanted area and scar. People need to know that the older you get the more hair you will lose and the more surgeries you will need. More hair will be taken from the back of your head. And the crown is the worse part . Hair transplants only look good when you still have much of your hair at an early age. I would not recommend anyone to do a hair transplant in my opinion.

hey, thanks for your comment. too bad you didn't have a good experience, that's how some of our clients feel when they decide to get a hair system. but we also know some people who are happy with a hair transplant. or combine both.

One of the biggest drawbacks to a transplant, which I never see anyone mention, is that there will always be some residual permanent numbness in the area that receives the transplanted grafts on the top of your scalp. When you feel an itch on the top of your head and try to scratch it, it can't be fully relieved.

It's temporary, just like any surgery that causes nerve damage. The nerves heal and the numbness goes away. This isn't a big drawback at all.

@Fabian Kirchgessner That's not true, the transplanted hair will last as long as the donor hair was going to last anyway. Someone who has a hair transplant in their 20s could easily gave the results last for 30-40 years + especially if they take meds.

@Fabian Kirchgessner What makes you say finasteride is dangerous? Sure, it has some rare side effects and if you experience those side effects you probably shouldn't take it, but for many people it's fine. I'm on finasteride and haven't noticed any differenace at all.

you are the first one that i see that suggest this combination of hair transplant to achieve a natural hairline look, and then a hairsystem in the back just do cover up. that's what i've been thinking it's one of the best alternatives, nice to see you recommend that too!

Es hängt auch davon ab wie Du bereit bist Das Haarsystem zu pflegen. Generell kannst Du von 2-3 Haarsystemen im Jahr ausgehen. Viele Grüße

This thing has striked me. Why not get hair transplant done all along the hairline and the sides (where system usually doesn't work well) and then cover the rest of the vertex and crown with a good quality hair system with as much density as one wants (something where transplant won't work well). Bit uncoventional but best of both the worlds. 😄 please tell your thoughts about it.

Hey :) the average customer needs around 2-3 hairsystems per year! You can normally go into the shower with the system and wash your hair with our daily care and shine Shampoo :) Kind regards from Hamburg

@@HairsystemsHeydecke forget showering forget swimming forget anything that goes with water. not working. glue gets wet and the system falls off. its all a lie. like it is a lie that a system holds for weeks once its placed. you have to fix it daily- every morning cause sweat and other hairproducts will make it loosen up on the edge. at least thats what i know with lace on thin foil.

Business suggestions. You should make a bundle transport plus 1 night hotel and the product that you are selling now plus a small comision for you. Honestly I would buy it. In London the salons that are doing this right now are not at your level.

I’m planning an hair transplant in the side temple zone . The parietal temple is thinning. This area couldn’t be covered by hair system. And after I’ll put an hair system in the frontal and vertex. Combining both is the best in my specific case. And I’ll take finasteride for my entire life to prevent thining for side hair because if they thin hair system should be make with less density because the density is the same of your existing hair

Ich habe 2mal meine Haare eingepflanzt und hatte Super erfolg aber der Haarausfall geht weiter d.h. nach ein paar Jahren gibts Veränderung. Die Natürlichen verlieren sich und werden undicht. Ebenso habe ich Finasterid 9 Jahre benutzt mit viel erfolg aber leider machte mein Körper irgendwann nicht mehr mit. Viele Nebenwirkungen kommen bei Finasterid erst Später nach einer lange Einnahme im Körper und nicht ganz ohne sage ich euch. Der Mann hier von Haarsystem hat sowas von Recht was Haartransplantation betrifft..

Wie ist dann wenn man eine HT hatte und dann einen Haarteil möchte ... sterben die Haare unterm Haarteil ab ? weil sie ja ständig unterm Netz ist ....

Hey! Die Haare sterben nicht ab, sie wachsen weiter. Da das Haarsystem dadurch irgendwann nicht mehr so gut hält, rasiert man sie bei jedem Wechsel ab.

Eine Haartransplantation in der Türkei Kostet halt 2000€ und eine Haarteil 500€ das ich jedes halbe Jahr wechseln muss ...

Die Frage ist, ob man das so rechnen kann. Reicht die eine HT aus oder müssen weitere folgen, wenn der Haarausfall voranschreitet? Hat man überhaupt genug Spenderhaar für die gewünschte Dichte? Wie schon im Video gesagt, spielen da viele Faktoren eine Rolle.

Woher willst du das denn wissen es bei anderen wirkt ?! Fina wirkt bei jedem anders und kenn Leute die haben damit negative Erfahrung gemacht. Mal ganz abgesehen von dem möglichen postfinasterid Syndrom. Also halte die Backen und laber kein Müll und pauschalisiere nicht alles nur weil es bei dir wirkt. Warte einfach ab auch dein Körper wird dir das noch in Rechnung stellen...

Du kannst im Schnitt mit 2-3 Haarsystemen im Jahr rechnen, es liegt aber auch an der eigenen Pflege wie lange ein Haarsystem am Ende hält. Viele Grüße
