i have noticed that the barbers i patronize will use clippers, but switch to scissors for more closeup work; maybe scissors are better for more exacting work--like I use the rider mower for cutting the lawn, but then I use the weed whacker for cutting the grass at the edge of the house foundation

when i was a kid the barber used scissors mostly, was so good. Also my heard was less of a mess up, maybe its just me lol. Now with technology and such people mostly use clippers, at least in here most young barbers do. Is almost a lost art. the electric thing is probably faster and easier. I remember one time i was at the barber and electricity went out, he didnt knew what to do lol.

Wow! This guy is good! Not to mention, this is one of the only ASMR videos I've actually been able to go to sleep with! Thanks for posting. =) The guy even makes cutting hair look fun! I've never even thought about being a hairdresser until I saw this. I don't think I'd do that well, but it looks like it'd be fun even haha!

As an ASMR video it's cool. But as a cosmetologist there was sooooo much unnecessary cutting going on. Which isn't a big deal, as long as all that extra cutting time isn't being passed on to the client. I hate it when my fellow hairdressers rip people off:/

I don't know. He's very popular in South Korea. I assume you are just any regular unknown hairdresser in a small town. Maybe you shouldn't criticize someone who is more successful due to his technique and results.

to me you cut way too much of the length, the fullness of his hair. in the end his hair went from this full silky looking hair to this dry thinned out flat haircut. A big thumbs down way down for me.
