The first one... that nice black Tommy Hilfiger tee... got chems all over it and triggered my need to rescue it. Third one at least wore an old tee with holes lol
tori kimchi omg I died it soooooo many times in 1 year I can’t even count and I bleached it 3 times and bleaching it again in one week and my hair is healthier than before I touched it 😂😂😂 idk how tho but that’s what my hair stylist said
@Se A I mean, I can understand where he's coming from, cuz it's kind of annoying when you spend years perfecting a skill and someone who knows absolutely nothing does a good job! LOL
Brad mondo teaching us all that the roots process faster than the ends is like our high school science teacher telling us the mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell
Spaghetti Confetti I mean me too but my high school biology teacher made us chant it for like 10 minutes it felt like we were being initiated into a cult or something
Brad Mondo - “Brassy 🙄 I hate that word. Take it out of the dictionary” Also Brad Mondo 8 seconds earlier - “It takes away all the brassy tones in your hair” LMFAO love him 😂❤️
To everyone saying the first girl faked it, yes she did- Brad for sure knew he's a professional hairdresser for God's sake he just didn't want to put her on the spot because he's just nice and he knows she would be super embarrassed if someone with a huge platform called her out like that but yeah- you can see how he advised to not do what she was doing because if people believed her and followed what she did they would get horrible results so he tried to prevent everyone from following that because he literally knows its not real😭😭😭
A professional would have made her hair look way better than that, though. There's NO dimension at the bottom. If she paid a hairdresser she was ripped off 😆
Dude if I get a drop of lightener on my skin it’s burning and itching within minutes, like how the hell is she just massaging that shit all over with bare hands?!
@@444angelina okay sorry but what the heck? How can you prove? Were you there when his product got tested on an animal? Don't just talk shit behind someone's back
New mom to a 2w old. Brad is keeping me sane but im like "flame shirt? Yep I watched that one" Also the sweet comments in the intro are hard-core helping with some postpartum insanity ♡
I shaved my head because well.. quarantine ya'know Anyway I dyed it black but got bored and decided to buy box dye that's like intense bleach and i now have chemical burns on my scalp. I'm not bothered by it I'm just gonna have busted untoned hair for a while until it's healed enough to put some conditioner dye like arctic fox on it but i don't really care about my appearance like that so even though it's not an issue for me others should definitely be careful
*Brad calling everyone beautiful* Me in bed wrapped in an old blanket, having a can of Pepsi, eating questionable amounts of andes mints scratching/messaging my unkempt beard: “I am beautiful”
I’ve only just recently discovered BRAD MONDO and omg where have you been all my life you beautiful specimen of a man I am absolutely addicted to you’re videos and have a lot of love for you xxx
brad I had never bleached my hair ever before tonight and the only reason I had the courage to do it is because you taught me how ❤️ I dyed it purple and I've never been happier with my hair!! ilysm thank u 🥰
Brad: *half paying attention* Girl doing highlights: "I know the roots will lighten faster. Brad Mondo taught me that" Brad: *hears his name* *slowly opens eyes* *proud, appreciative look* "did she just say Brad Mondo taught her that?" *Pure joy*
I am a stylist and I use some of the Wella products. The T28 is good for orange and gold tones, it works on a level 7- 8 so you don’t have to get to that pale yellow for it to work. It’s one of the few Wella toners you don’t need a lot of lift for 🙂👍🏻💇🏼♀️
@green power well not all hair salons are professional either lol It's hard to find a good place:') I even remember a hair salon in where i live cutting my hair uneven...
Thanks to Brad I learned it was my hairdresser that was really messing up my blond hair lights . Every 6-8 weeks she would bleach the entire strand again and again. My hair is so much healthier now.
When I do my sister's hair (I don't bleach or dye my own because I want to keep it healthy for donation), I don't wear gloves because I'm always allergic to stuff in the ones provided, and I tend to forget to buy ones that I shouldn't be allergic to, but I have yet to feel anything from the bleach. The only thing that bothers me about not wearing gloves is the dye staying on my hands for a few days after.
I feel like at this point we need a Brad Mondo at home kit available in Sally’s it needs to have literally everything, including gloves cause for some reason nobody ever remembers those 🤦♀️ and it also needs to include a link to a video where you just walk them through it, please Brad save these girls from themselves 😂
@@samanthamorocco9612 For the ones who watch his videos and admit to it in their videos where they wreck their own hair, I don't think it would be hypocritical of him to have a kit out there. They're determined to do it, anyway. Might as well try to help them minimize the damage they do to themselves.
@@harehouse1046 exactly, if she went to the salon (except we saw her do that mess) then she had to went to the worst salon in her area. That was awful lol. Definitely too nice.
I think her ends are just fully light, it's not really balayage, which matches her fully saturating her hair with bleach and not skipping sections. There also are some harsh lines like Brad predicted, so I think it overall matches the results you'd expect from what she did. But I don't think it looks too bad, I think she just got lucky with the amount it lightened, maybe because it was already blonde at under the brown pigment.
@@shoukonishimiya9824 just get a hair depositing conditioner one that doesn't require bleach you could change your hair color every day and not mess it up
Hack: for black hair if you hate the bleached parts, use maniac panic in red/purple/navy blue. It would look like highlights when outdoors and black indoors. It wont damage your hair and its a way not hate your hair while it grows.
Yes but it is so much more. JojoDraws9508 balayage is a French term for sweeping as it is up to the hair artist to freely hand paint highlights on the canvas of hair to achieve the clients blondest dreams...This is why it is kind of expensive the work that is put into individual clients and time to study and practice. I specialize in working and education for blond/lightening all hair types.
20 Vol gives you 2 levels of lift 30 vol 3 and 40 vol 4 levels... (peroxide that’s mixed with bleach) 10 vol is “Deposit Only” does not lift the hair therefore 10 vol used with toners and glosses.. :)
When I watch your videos, I am reminded of my time in Cosmetology school. Probably the most fondly remembered phase in my life: all hair, all the time. So fun. Those days were the best.
I feel so lucky to have a close friend that is a hair dresser and does incredible work with color 😂 it is expensive, but I’m supporting a friend so it’s worth it!
You're lucky. My friend that is a hairdresser ruined my hair last year. I gave her a pic of the cut I wanted, simple short shag, and what I got was not even close and so tapped and crooked, I mean the layers weren't even cut even on the sides of my face.
