I have been struggling with my hair for the past 10 years. I've watched hundreds of videos here on youtube, and tried so many different things, but nothing has ever come close to what my hair looks like now after following your tips and product recommendations. My hair feels almost as it was back in high school - soft, shiny and voluminous. I am beyond grateful for these videos. Thank you so much! Keep it up :)

I would love a video about olaplex ruining ppls hair. Many have said it had dried it out and shedding alot more. I've been a regular user and the same thing has been happening to me. I stopped using it and my hair is healthier and shedding less. It's crazy.

Olaplex is for damaged/bleached hair only. I use only the shampoo/conditioner/bond smoother….and sometimes mix the smoother with a teeny bit of the bonding oil. Works well on my damaged hair. I change my hair products every 2 weeks also. Rotate with Redken and L’Oréal Professional but using Moroccanoil this couple of weeks ♥️

I have highlits+toner and very dry hair. I started using Olaplex because I was snowing hair and Olaplex stopped my shedding deadstop, I barelly see a single strand falling when i shower. But Olaplex isn’t a one solution for all, if it was it would be the only product on the market.

Did you leave olaplex on to long? Some people leave it on a long time. Or if your using it with redkin acidic products, maybe they are counteracting each other. I use it 10 mins 1x a week.

Off topic but I want to say a massive thank you for your videos about fixing dry brittle hair. I've used Olaplex before and thought it useless. Following your protocol with 3 & 7, the Pureology leave in, Redken big blowout, my Dyson hairdryer well, my hair is transformed. I've spent literally thousands on products and professional services to fix. My hair has length now and I only wash every 3 or 4 days. All this in about 6 weeks. So grateful - thank you

Sounds like you may be either having a reaction to the products you’re using, or naturally dry scalp. I would start with the first option. Take 1 product out of your routine at a time. And use the others for a week or two. Do this until you find the itching has stopped. If you’ve stopped all your products and the itching hasn’t stopped, I’d recommend seeing a dermatologist.
@Sheeeeerigirl
@Sheeeeerigirl Год назад
@@notahamsterr good to know. I've been having a similar issue and I did notice the itching since I started with the new products. I wasn't sure if it was the products or dry air being it's winter.

@@Sheeeeerigirl it could be either. Depending on the region you live, some places have dryer air than others. Try going back to some tried and true products you’ve used before and see if it changes. If not, probably your new product. Rule of deduction is the best way to solve these issues.

Those were some interesting ideas lol The thing about misusing a dryer sheet like that is that the chemicals on it are toxic. It’s leaving that film on your hair. And if you come in contact with a pet or child, that can be very toxic for them as well. The chemicals used on dryer sheets can also cause dermatitis, which is easily mistaken for dandruff at home quite often. And nobody wants people to use Head n Shoulders 🫢 That stuff will take stains out of concrete 😮 lol

I changed my shampoo/conditioner to your suggested Redken Volume Injection. Shampoo on roots and conditioner on the lower part of my hair. As well as the leave in suggestion and washing every 4 days or so. It has made my hair so much better but it is drying out my scalp. Should I be doing something different or using a different product? My hair is a full head of thin strands and is colored blond with natural dark blond roots growing in. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. I'm so glad I found your channel.

I have very dry scalp and dry breaking hair while it’s also very oily on the top of my head and it colors my hair very greasy. very very sensitive to hair brushing thanks to head eczema. It sucks I have both oil and very dry scalp. It’s flat on top and usually knots badly every moment I move my head with a heavy coat. Sadly, it also bleeds sometimes on the scalp thanks to the eczema sometimes when brushing. I lose 100 hair strands with skin attached, every time I brush my hair or they just fall out. But maybe this is normal for fine hair? So the split on my forehead is getting wider and more visible sadly. :( I’m losing hair everyday and I want to change this badly.

@@daphnepearce9411 Although I am not the person who you asked the question of, I would like to include my input as I have spent a bit trying to find a solution to this problem. I have curly hair and have found that using a silk or satin pillowcase helps to reduce frizz and tangling when I sleep. However, the most effective solution for me is a silk night cap. I have tried various types of night caps, but found that exposed elastic and bumps in the fabric caused discomfort while sleeping. Recently, I started using Lillysilk sleep caps, which have been working well for me (although they are a bit pricey). My favorite is the Premium Silk Women Turban (I have tried the "Classic Pleated Silk Sleep Cap," the "Premium Silk Women Turban," and the "Flounced Silk Night Sleep Cap.") The "Classic Pleated Silk Sleep Cap" was also quite nice, but stretched out over time so I resorted to using a small binder clip in the front to keep it on throughout the night. I put my hair in a high ponytail with a scrunchy, then use the Turban. However, I have found that if not washed frequently, it can cause acne on my forehead. I have also found it important to wash it carefully and not use high heat or put it in the drier. I hope this helps!

Hey Chris, what do you think of the Brand „Nioxin“? Do you already have experience with it? I'm just curious. Love your content!

RU-vid did ERASE my comment because I'd say THE COLOR OF MY HAIR repeatedly... is not the first time, that's why i know the reason. in one of them was IRONICALLY FUNNY, because we were talking about CHESS... (With other RU-vidr in other channel) youtube... ¿HOW I'M SUPPOSED TO SAY WHAT IS BEING "BLUE HAIRED" WITHOUT SAYING ONE OF THE COLORS OF THE CHESS? 😓🤦🏻‍♂️

Just cannot take his advice anymore because one of his major recommended brands is REDKEN. Redken is NOT vegan and their products are also tested on animals. 😢 I will not patronize them!! There are good products out there that are cruelty free.
