You know where I'm from means "do you know what I can do to you?" The average joe blow going to work everyday is not going to say "do you know where I'm from" it's something like saying do you know what we do to people? Tuff really doesn't have anything to do with it because people who say that are not going to be doing a one on one fight. They are going to call the crew for problems so that is why they say that.
