People dont like the dub but i think some voices sound perfect, takamura for example, its perfect for a silly goofy guy like him but when he needs to be serious it changes to a more serious tone
I wish they’d dub the other seasons. I know some of the actors aren’t doing much anymore, retired, or passed away, but I think they’d be down if asked. It’s clear they loved working on this (and who can blame them? I’d have a blast too).
I did actually ask a question to Richard Epcar (va for dub Kamogawa), and he said he would be down if he was given the chance to do the dub for the other seasons. He also gave me a cool fact that he also directed the series in the english dub.
