@@Duude125 Asking a separate question is not an answer to my specific question. It’s a dodge. Either way, murder and homicide are not the same thing. A double homicide is the death of two people at the hands of another, it’s not necessarily a criminal act. Like, if a pregnant woman tried to kill someone, but gets killed in self defense, it could be considered a justifiable double homicide. With abortion, there is no consensus on when life begins, but even if everyone agreed a life was being taken, it’s not “murder” if it’s lawful.

Just remember that the medication to induce labor is now banned in certain states. Freedom is having the freedom and control of one’s own health. Government should not control one’s own individual health choice between them and their doctors. A woman’s body is complicated and it is not just about abortion to kill babies. Doctors are now afraid to administer healthcare in fear of their license or face jail time for a nonviable pregnancy. My sister suffered from preeclampsia and had to be induced. Thankfully, the Supreme Court upheld the right to the medication. To think Texas would not allow that medication infuriates me, because I wouldn’t have my beautiful nieces today. High risk pregnancies can lead to infertility and she had the healthcare to ensure, not only the freedom, her own life and the ability to create more life.

@micah1978 abortion is a state issue, that's the law, that's why RvW struck down - you can not legislate from the bench - you interpret laws in place. It is a state issue, so any federal anything will be struck down. Facts must matter.
