Nah Raven has a reputation of a guy who made the TSM champions. He wont lose it because evan once said that Raven was getting pissed at players lately.

Evan literally said they all fell off himself included. While raven has is doing the same thing he has been since he left tsm which is take 0 accountability on his part. @soyjusthyn7850 Evan stated this right away on his first stream after Hal had just left TSM. He was explaining that they weren’t playing enough and may be the reason why they weren’t as consistant. It’s clear that Hal did play the game but Reps wouldn’t as everyone kind of knew about for almost years now. There wasn’t that passion anymore and sometimes it happens and you give it a minute as it eventually restabilizes. But it just didn’t as it seems.

Bcoz he knows Raven will say this about him (verhulst). Now his streaming to show the people he loves the game, which Hal's confirm that Raven saying the truth. So verhulst ruined the TSM chemistry of the team. Even their contracts is coming up, it still ruining the team passion.

I mean it's not like he didn't try though. He mentions in the video he brought up the lack of passion and effort in actually playing the game. Evan reassured him that he would do better. But the entire time he wanted to quit. And it's understandable, playing any game 8-10+ hours a day will burn you out and make you hate playing it.

i mean its like dealing with someone who has depression. you cant force someone to do something, especially when youre incapable of punishing your team. and lets be honest, apex fucking sucks sometimes, i couldnt imagine having to play it every day and being genuinely passionate about it. evans not in the wrong for feeling that way, hes in the wrong for not voicing it or taking proper steps to fix it until finals, when it was already too late. Ravens got a victim complex because he brings up the team stream times falling off like he’s a manager not a coach, the coach is responsible for teaching the team, if he couldn’t teach them then he did in fact “fall off”. It seems within the context of the video that Evan wanted to quit apex but kept playing because he felt obligated to. If you want to quit playing competitive but don't tell anyone it's going to reflect in how you play. If you don't have the internal motivation to do something anymore no external influence is going to be able to help you.

winning breeds complacency, and comfort. if you go from winning everything all the time to getting low rankings morale plummets and pushes forth resentment. they might be showing passion now, but how long before that dries out? how many bad placements and not winning can they go through until they just give up entirely? If you fall out of love with something its extremely hard to love it, once you see the negatives its basically gg.

Raven did everything he coud bur without any realy cards in his hand to bring them to play the game and care he had nothing realy he coud do thats not giveing up thats just beeing traped without anything you can do . TSM needs a real IGL Even is not cuting it at . You shoud count them out its a non functional team you dont just become a IGL you need to be that typ of persion to get loud when needed and just be a asshole to your teammates to get what you want sometimes . That's a lie. It has been said multiple times that Raven gave them options with all the things you listed and they would refuse or weren't feeling it. How can anyone coach people that won't even make their own choices let own the coaches choices?
