Turmeric does not give the same look/color that restaurant rice has and if we use a lot of turmeric not only it won’t give that color it won’t tastes good either: thanks for the inquiry and I hope you do try this recipe. Happy cooking 🧑🍳
No dumb A** , they use thigh meat because it is much more flavorful and tender than the chicken breast, which can be dry. Know your cooking ABC, then make a sensible comment😆 @pajtim
