Well the real catch with property is, no one has the full cash to pay it off and halal mortgage are unaffordable to pay off the monthly cost - which basically does not give any option to use the whole leverage route. Only if a economy has a cheaper property prices with competitive halal mortgage rates - all of this is doable.
Yep, Islamic mortgages are 7+ % at the moment. So, nah. Also having a house over 200miles away because it’s cheaper and renting out, is not straightforward if you are a landlord.
