I agree. There comes a time to let it all go. The hard thing for me to press through is wrapping my brain around how… he faked love for so long, never loved me & after 20yrs literally flipped a switch and poof I don’t exist. I am done, don’t want to ever see or hear about or from him again. But I still have remnants of sad. I think this is my final chapter
