Happy Tuesday! In today’s video, I’m sharing the progress of our half bathroom makeover! We’ve put the flooring down, the vertical shiplap up, painted, and installed the new toilet so far. Oh my gosh girl I was just looking at these tiles to redo entryway but they're sold out! I LOVE your makeover oh my god it's beautiful so far! And I''m happy I get to see the tiles in a video 😊

Hopefully they restock them soon! Definitely get a box or two more than what you think you need especially if you're doing the diamond pattern! We had to cut so many tiles just for the edges because of it!

Agree - the shoe molding completes it. We did that in our bedroom, including the ceiling since we don’t have crown molding.👍🏻 Looks great!

Ohhhhhh, so beautiful and it is not even finished yet. Love the shiplap wall but I love the paint color even more. It is so rich and warm looking. The flooring actually makes the bathroom seem a bit bigger and it brings a lighter tone to everything. You did a great job in your planning and execution. Can't wait to see part 3!!!

So beautiful 😍 that vertical shiplap and moody green has me swooning! Did you use any sort of nickel gap when installing your shiplap? There seems to be so many different ways of installing.

Looks beautiful 😍. How many boxes of tile did you need. What is the size of your bathroom?

Thank you! We ended up using 3 full boxes and a couple tiles from a 4th. If we didn't do the diamond pattern, we could have gotten away with at least one less box I believe (don't quote me 😂 ). Our half bath is 6 1/2 ft x 3 1/2 ft.

Can those floor pops go over tile/grouting? I have standard builder tile and I don’t want the checkered look but the way you did it is how I like it. I would have to cover the whole tile and ground but I’m not sure if these would work for that

Yes, absolutely! It does have to be smooth so nothing with raised patterns. A ton of people have used them over time with success so you can definitely google search it to see their work!
