Very concise valuable instruction

Rich content. How he uses his bottom hook initially to start the kneetwist I liked a lot. Different from Leite (the "coyote" hook or the top emphasized on the knee torque). The knee bump to get both hands on the mat was a big deal as well. It provides a set-up for the reverse half guard - which for me until this was more opportunistic to deal with the back step. Great content. Helped a great deal.
