Follow Jenna through three key workouts in the weeks leading up to Ironman 70.3 Oregon. She completes a long aerobic swim set, a race-pace bike workout, and a mile run repeats track session.
Two weeks before the inaugural Ironman 70.3 Oregon on July 24, Jenna decided she wanted to race. After a disastrous race in Florida in April, and failing to qualify for a slot at Ironman 70.3 World Champs in September, she refocused on Age-Group Nationals in August. But the thought of being there to spectate instead of racing was eating at her-she wanted another shot.
