There should be a law that dictates every new world record holder should post a 10 hr video on every minute glitch/technique used in the run. Jokes aside would love an explanation

i'd rather see a speedrunner finishing the game with all its chapters rather than a guy using only glitches to skip levels that' my personal unimportant opinion.
@@motoboy6666 i don’t get this. Speedrun glitches can at times be the most difficult things to pull of consistently in runs. If it were a cheat I don’t think it’d be very easy to do, kinda flies in the face of what a cheat is supposed to be.
sorry, do not like such manilulation and map hacks( original speedrun (from quadro) you can watch like movie, but this... I do not know, this map triggering or donno what do you do... it's not a speedrun, it's speedhack(
@@Run2Seeun yeap, we all understand it) But with such "shortcut" we have no game, we have no "run" - we have a glitches fest, after which we somehow appear in other part of game. It's not interesting, it's not runny - it's hacky and tricky. So watching it is no so exciting(

Thanks, but I am taking a break from Half-Life 1 scriptless. I know I was close to sub 27, but I ran the game for 4 months straight. I need to focus on something else now. I will come back again soon though!
Sub 9:40 is most likely possible, but would take a bit of time to get it. Honestly, this run is good enough for me. I think I want to do something else now.
how speedrunners skip the missions power struggle and leap of faith? i googled it a lot and couldnt find it.. how you teleport from xen (focal point mission) right to the end of the game??
