Fun Fact for 5:10 -- If I recall, if you hurt a scientist (or damage another in a scientist's presence), if you put "developer 1" in console, the console will output messages to the scientist's status, such as: "I'm not following you, you evil person!" I've noticed it in HL:S, too.

Here's an interesting detail I noticed while watching this: For those who are wondering why the scientist runs away in fear in 5:09 and not in 1:04, it's because if Gordon kills a friendly NPC the AI system of the scientist recognizes Gordon as an enemy. So basically the scientist reacts as if he saw an enemy like the Alien Grunt.

These videos just make me appreciate Valve more. Strangely enough as graphics have gotten more realistic, touches of detail and actual signs of care have dissapeared. Maybe because back then it also took extreme effort to get something to look like this? Or is it that less companies have cared?

There's so much amazing attention to detail and little touches, I really miss stuff like this

I'd actually love to see a mod come out that patches all this cut content in.
