I disagree. I think having it during the daylight allowed them to play with a lot more costuming and props, flags and fabrics that gave this particular show a bright, colorful, unique vibe.
Cant understand how these people can watch coldplay, Beyonce and Bruno Mars performing live at the same time sat on their seats just as calm as they were wetching TV. In Brazil it would have been way different. 😂😂
@@suki2404 yes. Watch here in RU-vid coldplay performing Fix you live in Sao Paulo. Its insane. I was there and I can say that day was one of the best in my life.
I love seeing Julius there waiting on the side for Beyonce. If beyonce is there, he is not far behind. I love that I am finding all these different angles of the performance!
The halftime performance is primarily for home viewers they didn't have the video displayed whenever the artist would be near it during their performance set until when Beyonce 1st started they turned off the monitor behind her so it would only show behind her while she's performing for the TV audience.. it would be distracting... but the screen was on, on the other side of her for the stadium audience to watch... and then when they did their dance off they cut off both monitors because the monitors were directly behind each of them during that part
+uruga18 that's true! half time performance is usually targeted for home viewers, have u seen how MANY "reaction videos" of the superbowl on youtube? (y'all should see)
+GusPiolaFotografia You see part of the audience is middle age or older people who are not familiar with coldplay's songs, that was why they didn't have much reactions and seemed so quiet and awkward. I'm sure some of them thought it was so boring or didn't even know who coldplay was and what they were singing. And beyonce performed a new released song with bad lyrics that no one really knew about, it was just her dance that brought attention. Only bruno was able to bring some energy to everyone with a song that everybody likes. It's true that the halftimeshow is only targeted for the younger home viewers, not for the audience in the field. Madonna did a very good job connecting with everyone of ALL AGES in 2012 cuz she is an older artist that everyone was familiar with her. Watch those live audience camera videos of her performance and you can see how excited every audience was. Everyone was singing along, screaming and enjoying, unlike this year's performance.
What a cool video. This was my favourite super bowl performance ever and its so cool to see what the televised cameras never captured. The amount of choreography and planning that goes into these show, especially this one is so crazy.
Them poor unsuspecting folk must have been triggered n shook, when Beyonce didn’t perform all their fav hits. But instead shows up in black panther fits, black loud n proud, with a song they dnt know, saying “Negro” and “Black” every other word lol
Gotta love all the people in the comments being like “wHiTe PeOpLe ShOoK!!,!,!,!!” Like, what? Are Beyoncé and Bruno Mars black exclusives and we just didn’t know about it? Everyone likes them, no ones shook, but people are just so stupid.
Essa gente da arquibancada parada olhando como se fosse um filme. Tá certo quê e uma obra de arte ver a Beyoncé, mas nem uma dança? Eu estaria pulando. These people from the stands stopped looking like they were a movie. Is it right and a work of art to see Beyoncé, but not a dance?
The 50th Super Bowl is a HUGE deal and the NFL had to choose a open air stadium? Yes is nostalgic in open air, but damn it sucks when it’s daylight outside and there’s a concert. If it were dark, the show could’ve been WAY more lit...in more than one way!!! Plus, if this would’ve been a full Beyoncé show, it would’ve been epic. She’s a totally different performer now versus her 2013 show.
Finally found Beyoncé at 7:15 hahaha. I can't say this Super Bowl was the worst, but it was a bit boring... Bruno, Coldplay and Beyoncé didn't mix very well, it wasn't a good idea to put them together. It wasn't much a hype. A little awkward. Also the lighting, it was in daylight. Without all the lightings, it looked dull and plain...
Kaka Carmen the "believe in love" card stunt was cool. Best visually in this decade probably Madonna and Katy, while Gaga probably gave the strongest individual performance of SB's recently.
@@ecoRfan gaga had a light show and good songs but her voice was okay and her stage presence was to Broadway and came off cringe, the best in the 2010s was the 2016 and 2010 to 2014 superbowl
