Halftone + Traditional Stencil = Magic 

If you use the dark stencil of a dark/light separation in combination with the grayscale halftone stencil, you get some great effects. This sliver of a woman's face is lit from just the right angles to produce enchanting darks and lights, with detail coming in from the halftone.
