I am on a mission to change the way I think about journaling-good news-there are tons of ways to journal and if you are interested in a no rules approach to journaling (and planning, because why not?), this is the space for you!

In today’s video, I am flipping through my art journal. I’ve been creating all types of journal spreads. MY approach to journaling is not too common. I love watching content where people who create don’t follow any rules, they just create.
My art journal allows me to tap into the creativity that I loved when I was young. The kid in me was obsessed with stickers, markers, crayons, anything that could be cut up (magazines, pamphlets etc.), I would use it.
