I am in the U.S. and only discovered Noni Hazelhurst in A Place to Call Home when they recently began showing seasons 1 and 2. I envy all you lucky Australians who have had the pleasure of watching her perform on the screen and stage for decades. I have been gobbling up everything I can find about her on You Tube. I discovered how wonderful your tv series are with Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries. Melbourne has such great historic houses!

So many life lessons in “A place to call home” the actors brought such humanity to their characters! Thank you for the brilliant series!!

She is such an exuberant vivacious lady; Remembering her in The Box, Candy and in Fran. Terrific actress.

This is helpful in adding more than Noni as names I'd never heard before. I noticed that she did a series with Brian Brown, who we adore. I wish they had named the series. She is wonderful in Place to call Home as is the character of Anna, who was in this tribute sans her name. The acting of everyone is spot on. I'm watching it for the 2nd time through on one of our PBS stations. I had no idea Noni was so versatile. Oakland CA 2021

I heard Noni Sing "The Silver Stars Are In The Sky" Many years ago on a telecast of Carols at the Music Bowl or in the Domain. All I can say is AMAZING! Noni has a golden voice and can really carry a note. There would be a copy of that performance somewhere in the archive of the TV station.
