The Hall of Presidents at Walt Disney World was an opening day attraction at the Magic Kingdom. In the 1960s, Walt Disney originally wanted a Hall of Presidents at Disneyland, in a proposed land called Liberty Street. He settled on just one president, Abraham Lincoln, in a show called 'Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln', which debuted at the 1964-65 New York World's Fair, and later moved to Disneyland. Walt's original vision was realized with the opening of Walt Disney World in 1971, with all the presidents with the then current president, Richard Nixon. The latest president in 2024 is Joe Biden.
