Hall of Shame - Wolchek - Detroit bands say rock promoter rolled them 

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WJBK) -- A music promoter told some Detroit rockers she could take them to the next level, but the members of the bands claim this promoter just took their money and took them nowhere.
I can make you guys stars is a tune band members are used to hearing. This promoter must be a smooth talker because she hit all the right notes.
The Muggs are a big time rock band. Marlo Leveling claims to be a big time rock promoter. Marlo convinced The Muggs and some other popular Detroit bands she could give them the promotion and publicity they needed to keep on rockin'. But the bands say she just rolled them.
