I agree! It’s nobody’s business! I don’t run around saying I’m hetero, so why do gays have to go around telling their sexual orientation!?! They don’t! Period. People should mind their own business.I’m sure they have some problem of their own that needs their attention.

I thought it was a good movie but I don't think it was considered successful because it didn't fare well at the box office, pulling in much less than its budget. As a cult classic, it's sure to gain a wider appeal through streaming.
I don’t understand why it is necessary for the world to know your sexual orientation. I love your work, what you stand for and feel you are awesome people. We don’t go and tattoo heterosexual on the forehead of those that are . Why is it necessary to do so on a gay person. I love the fact that you are who you are. There is no need to hide it nor is there a need to publish it. Stay the wonderful people you are and continue the great works you do.
It's not the actors telling us. It's this person reporting it. Not once did I hear an actor say they are guy. I don't judge or care what sex partner a person has because for those that don't know a person is gay because they got to much of one gene then the other. A boy gets the father's gene and the girl gets the mothers gene. But a boy can be born a boy but got more of his mothers gene than the fathers and the same for a girl that is born gay. They didn't wake up one day and thier gay,they are born that way. That was told by a scientist on a science show. Any of us could have been born this way.

In this case, being out as gay means "they talked about it in their personal time, and take pictures with their boyfriends on social media". Which is normal for straight people. They also talk about specific struggles they had being gay and being discriminated against, which... happens a lot, and is again only known to you because some youtube video put it all together for you, and you clicked on the video about gay actors.

There are a few others but they don't need to be named, especially since they do such a good job. In fact, I'd rather not know bc if they're playing a straight love-interest, it kind of blows the illusion. That being said, there are some gay Hallmark actors that just can't carry off the straight male persona and, as a straight female, I don't enjoy those movies as much.
How come whenever a husband leaves his wife for another woman or a wife leaves her husband for another man they're publicly shamed but whenever a husband leaves his wife for another man or a wife leaves her husband for another woman they're praised for being "brave." Cheating on your spouse is wrong because you vowed to love them and remain by their side forever but you still chose to selfishly betray them.

Myself it's hard for me to watch movies knowing they are gay but don't mean I don't like them as a person. I don't want to see men kissing a man or vice versa.
I am against cheating. However, and this is where I will lose you, many gay men and women enter into straight marriages because family and social pressures force them to deny or hide their sexuality. It is not yet safe to be out. Unfortunately, the straight spouse has to pay the price of the prejudices experienced by their gay spouse. All or nothing attitudes may be easier, but they leave out any room for compassion and understanding. They keep the holders of those attitudes frozen.
Many of my favorite actors are gay, and I don't care, nor do I judge people--I love their acting and I hope they are happy, safe and living the best life possible.

I think there is no need to inform the world about one's sexual option. That is something that concerns only to them. And it is not THE greatest thing in the world. There are much more important things ti care about in a wold so full of suffering. For example, I am happily married to a man, but it is something that concerns only to me.
I have no problem with the way people are born , I'm sure they never asked to be born that way . That was decided by a higher , greater force !!🙏 I love them just the way they are . I love all the above actors no matter if they are or not. They are excellent at their craft. Seen Luke McFarlane and Catherine Bell in mist if not all they’ve been in. They are good at what they do. Loved Catherine in the series Jag! Her acting his great! Luke’s and Jonathan’s George Krissa!
I have gay friends who I love but I don't want to watch them kissing. To me I believe man and woman together not same sex. I don't watch any movies with same sex romance
This really saddens me. I probably will begin not watching Hallmark movies that much after this. Hallmark movies were fine without the homosexual moves especially homosexuals kissing. Do you realize what this gives off for all of us who believed this was a Christian show bc of Candace Bure. I guess her traditional values are not so great. I boycotted Target and Hallmark stores as a Gold member. You don't need this kind of stuff to have a good, wholesome movie. If any of the above are in the movie, you lost my family and some of my friends.

Respectfully disagree. I’m a 53yr old gay dude who spent a lot of years as a kid really confused about who I was/am. If I could have SEEN someone like me in media, the validation would have changed my life for the better, sooner… representation truly MATTERS! It’s different/better now, but learning you’re not “alone” can save lives in ways some people can’t possibly imagine. ❤ fwiw

I appreciate other people who are way and what they go through. However, As a Christian, God does not condone Gayism. I will not watch Halmark movies with this in them.
We cis-gendered folks have the luxury and/or privilege of NOT having to hide our sexual/gender orientation from the world. Why should eveyone not have that luxury, privilege, freedom ?!? And besides, they're ACTORS, for Pete's sake - they play people they're not, all the time.

I feel very sorry for them. They may be good people. However the point is that they live a life totally against God's prínciples. The judgement will come.
I don't care about a person's sexuality until they mention it. Once someone mentions their sexuality I feel like they are hinting for special favors... I don't like seeing people in the public romantically kissing and fondling so I sure don't like seeing it on TV. I say get a room... A peck is ok but if it goes on as a sexual act then I immediatly turn the channel. I've watched a lot of good movies that turned sour causing me to change channels.
To all… yes, it should NOT matter that an actor is queer (or suffers from mental health issues etc etc) and the IDEAL should be that differences are not necessary to note. BUT… for the people who are silently fighting demons of shame and self-hatred, and more, about whatever, seeing/knowing that there are others like you can be just enough validation to keep going, and continue fighting back against what is crushing your soul/spirit. It’s easy to believe it doesn’t matter when you see yourself in every walk of life, every movie or television character out there. I could give a hundred examples but won’t, please just trust me on this ❤🙏
Why is it so necessary to talk about somebody sexual preferences? It’s called a private life for a reason. I don’t care to know. And my feeling is if you make it my business, then you should accept criticism. Because I’m really tired of seeing this on TV. If you want to gay network, go for it, but there are good people out there who have strong beliefs that don’t care to see this. So keep it private.
It's a sin and me and many many others have stopped watching Hallmark and I used to watch the Christmas shows but everyone has to try and get everyone to be in this abomination and I'm not and more and more are getting tired of having this being pushed down everyone's throat.
