"I met him, fifteen years ago. I was told there was nothing left. No reason, no conscience, no understanding, even the most rudimentary sense of life or death, good or evil, right or wrong. I met this six year old child, with this blank, pale, emotionless face and, the blackest eyes, the devil's eyes. I spent eight years trying to reach him, and then another seven trying to keep him locked up because I realized what was living behind that boy's eyes was purely and simply... evil."

Nothing can kill Halloween. Even after the fall of Friday the 13th, Nightmare of Elm Street, and other 80's slasher film. It still stands out as a great classic to this very day.
It’ll always be around, Michael is one of the most recognizable things in the world especially in the horror media. The theme song is also one of the most recognizable things to
When I drag the bar to each of the yellow marks, I'll hit skip once or twice. They do disappear for me. At least it does it for me on my end for this video. I can listen to the entire thing without the annoying ad interruptions

Micheal: Best slasher Jason: His appearance comes to mind when anyone hears the word Slasher Freddy: has the realistically most terrifying concept Chucky: Most consistent movies
The theme of the unstoppable, the unyielding, the obdurate, and the powerful force of death. The shape will not stop until you are dead. The time you don’t spend running - he spends catching up.
I love how they keep with the same general theme of the music. It gives a sense of continuity to the series of how it’s the same franchise. I hope in 42 years they are still using the same music
I honestly love all of them. But the 1st, 2nd and 2018 definitely have the best soundtracks. Mr. Carpenter himself was involved in all these so its really one of the reasons why they stand out so much and are ICONIC.
Yeah i think it's because it's the 90's... It's my personnal Halloween movie because i was a teenager at this time, i was a bit familiar with Myers (already saw 1 and 2), and witnessing a new Halloween movie coming out was a freakin good news ! Even if it's not one of the best, i have a special relation with this one ^^
43:08 i dont know what it is but the fact that the drop was timed perfectly with the clock striking 12 in the movie just sends a chill down my spine everytime
1st: HALLOWEEN EVIL HAS A DESTINY Rob Zombie (2007) 2nd: Halloween (2018) 3rd: Halloween (1978) 4th: Halloween II ( 1980 ) 5th: HALLOWEEN II FAMILY IS FOREVER Rob Zombie (2009)
@@JP-Mane_657 butt my top 5 favorite movies in the franchise are 1 robs H1 2 robs H2 3 HR 4 H4 5 H5 I already know u disagree with my list 😂😂😂😂😂😂 Butt opinions are opinions
This is a stunning collection of all the variations of a creepy theme that never fails to give me chills! When I went to see my first Halloween movie on the big screen in 2018 it gave me those same chills again! I hope you'll put another of these vids out to include the themes from Halloween Kills and Halloween Ends! I've subscribed so I look forward to possibly getting a notification about it in 2021 (or maybe 2022 depending on the Coronavirus)! Like Michael Myers I'm looking past the walls or my "prison" (aka virus quarantine) to those nights - Halloween '21 & '22. BTW...I loved the transition from the H '78 to H II themes! Brilliant!
They are all pretty great. I, II, and 2018 are scariest to me. H2O sounds great, but not scary at all. More magical adventurous, like Michael is tagging along with Harry Potter, Ron, and Hermione in Ron's flying car or helping Kevin set up the Christmas traps for the wet bandits.
1st- classic, Amazing 10/10 2nd- retro themed, nice touch and slightly more aggressive faster tone and pace 10/10 4th- eh, its good but its like copying 1st and 2nds homework and then changing a word or two in it but the suspense makes up for it.. 8/10 H20: kind of boring but it gets better , still good its like a final boss battle and you're on your last few hearts and i appreciate it 10/10 Ressurection: not much going on, its like h20 but its AGGRESSIVE like if myers could run 10/10 Remake 1: Demon myers D: imagine myers drops down from hell and sets the street or the whole country Ablaze Good theme rate 8/10 Scares the shit out of me 9/10 this myers is horrifying Remake 2: same thing as the first but imagine myers is buried and he punches his way through, and pov you're in a mid life crisis scary rate 10/10 makes me question my life 10/10 2018 shape burns: amazing no words 10/10 Triumphant: its interesting because theres a little kick to it but you dont know what, like the uk mcdonalds spicy nuggets 10/10 i respect it
41:47 When that bass hits, and the theme really gets going and the "Halloween H20: Twenty Years Later" title card hits with the Loomis voiceover, chills every time. SPOILERS BEYOND THIS POINT! 55:06 What a beautiful synth composition for that moment when Michael is trapped in the basement as the house is quickly catching fire and burning to the ground.
My ranking of the themes: 13. Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers (1989) 12. Halloween (2007) 11. Halloween: Resurrection (2002) 10. Halloween 2 (2009) 9. Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers (1988) 8. Halloween H20: 20 Years Later (1998) 7. Halloween II (1981) 6. Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers (1996) Directors Cut 5. John Carpenter Anthology (2017) 4. Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers (1996) Theatrical Cut 3. Halloween (1978) 2. Halloween (2018) 1. Halloween Triumphant (2018
Good stuff. 2,100th like. ;) Thanks for sharing. I enjoy the original best but that’s because I think it was creepiest. The synthesizer, in my opinion, just makes it seem less scary, even if Myers is actually chasing you. Then Resurrection seems pretty good. Of course, they’re all good in their own ways, but the ones that seem less techno seem to fit the mood best. Cheers!!
Have to say, I was extremely pleasantly surprised with Halloween Kills. The flashbacks, the similar themes but with additions that all made sense and made it work..... My only complaint would be the 2 "mass killing scenes" (Myers vs firefighters and Myers vs townsfolk at the end) since that isn't really his style. Very, very well made otherwise and vastly superior to the anything made since the original 3 (1,2, and 4) imo. Great work!
@@NotTemptation It was alright. Some scenes was pretty cool in its own way, but overall nothing special in my opinion. John Carpenter originally wanted to make Halloween an anthology. So every Halloween film was going to be different. Reason being part 3 having a whole different theme.
