Hi April 👋! I really liked this video 😊. I majored in English (as I'd planned to teach H.S. English) and one of my favorite classes was Literature for Children. I've always been an avid reader as I was lucky enough to have a mother who read to me every night of my childhood till I was too old for it ❤. I loved school and when I was sick and distraught that I couldn't go to school, my mom would walk to the library to pick out books for me to read to help make me feel better. A few of my favorite children's books 📚 - Mike Mulligan and his Steamshovel Maryanne, Where the Wild Things Are, The Giving Tree, Make Way for Ducklings, The Pokey Little Puppy and The Tawny Scrawny Lion (both Little Golden Books) and some fav''s for older kids, The Laura Ingalls-Wilder Little House Books, Anne of Green Gables, The Bobsey Twins series and many more too many to mention! Thanks again for this video! I'm glad to find another kindred soul 😊!
