I still think 2019 was the best since the games were good . I think 2023 will be second because I think they did really good on the outside design but inside it was pretty boring. I thought it would have different rooms with different items you could buy like an haunted school. The 2023 minigames were pretty good as well but I think they could've done better with the inside. I know they are working very hard though. Maybe christmas update will be better.
I unfortunately didn’t play 2019 but everyone seems to have liked it the most. I would say second would be 2022, it was there first Halloween event to have 4 weeks of updates, and 2023 kind of went off the same idea as it. But yeah, I still enjoyed all of them. Thanks for making in this video. I enjoy these:)
One more thing is that for 2023, I could feel less effort put into it than previous years, like the reuse of the last years minigame, no fall map, the bland interior, but yeah
I’m going to judge the Halloween updates that I played 2020- Candy was hard to earn and there were like 2 mini games that took like 6 years to open, but the pets were fine and the mini games themselves were pretty good 2021- 2 mini games again, the theme of the map is really good, the mini games are pretty good but there are like 7 pets.. 2022- Hot take, 2022 had the worst selection of pets, which is why I didn’t even grind for them, but the mini games were fun and uh yeah 2023- Not sure how I feel about this, it’s somehow better and worse than 2022. The pets are better imo but the shop seems so empty and was boring on the first day, I love the new trick or treating thing and the mini games are also pretty fun but the others were better imo, overall pretty good but also needs more work.
my opinion: 2023: it’s not that bad, I liked the idea of an asylum, but inside wasn’t that good, it was big and empty, week 1 and 2 items were boring tbh, but week 3 and 4 pets are my fav, the mini games was boring ngl, I like only spooky shuffle 2022: the huge manor wasn’t that bad, and the most of the pets were a reskins, but the minigames were alright I guess? 2021: it was pretty good ngl, they added fan suggested pets like scorpion,ghost dragon and evil dog, the idea of minigames was good but they were bit boring, but I like the map and the big cave 2020: the pumpkin patch was cool, and the minigames was okay, the pets were awesome, but I hate the prices 2019: best one, minigames,pets and areas was very good, I also like how they made a whole new Halloween building on adoption island, 2019 is the best
1.2019 never got to play this one, but it looks the coolest and the scariest. I also love the pets. 2. 2023 I really like the items and pets it brought. 3. 2022 It was fun, had really nice minigames and it also had cool items and pets. 4. 2020 It was the first halloween event I played. I didn't like the ghost bunny minigame but I loved the pumpkin one. I liked the pets and items too. 5. 2021 I didn't enjoy this one that much. The pets were fine but the potion minigame was mediocre.
⚠️ Warning this comment has opinions ⚠️ Honestly if I had to rank them completely Honestly, this is probably how I'd do it: 1, 2022. I think 2022 had great pets and a lot of them aswell. Easily had the most enjoyable minigames, and despite everything looking expensive, it really wasn't that bad. Music wasn't the best, but still good. The vibe and atmosphere was Honestly really nice aswell. I still think it's atmosphere loses to 2 otherevents, but overall great event 8.5/10 2, 2021. This might be a hot take, but I believe 2021 was the second best. EASILY had the best music, pretty cool pets, failry cheap but not too cheap, minigames were mosly fun, atmosphere was the best, though it didn't have many pets, and I do believe it had the worst premium. I still adore the ghost dragon but compared to the other 4, I can't say it's my favorite. Overall great event 8/10 3, 2020. I can't tell if this one is underrated or the opposite but I love this one. It's atmosphere is fantastic only losing to 2021, the pets are great even though there really isn't much at all, the minigames were honestly so fun, but it does have some downsides. First off, I believe it was CRAZY expensive. It genuinely took forever to really get anything unless you had robux, so that did make it a lot less enjoyable, but also it gets less points because I'm pretty sure the music is copyright free. The music isn't bad, it just sucks they couldn't get their own. Overall very good event but it's negatives definitely drag it down from beating the other two in front. 7/10 4, 2023. It's genuinely so hard to rank 2023 mostly because it has A LOT OF PETS, The minigames were alright, music was fine, but it was also failry expensive, the whole event was too green, the inside of the asylum was pretty empty, and despite all the pets, a lot of them were just kind of ok. But the Ghost is a fantastic S tier pet. Overall idk, I want to love this one, but it just feels like such a downgrade compared to 2022. 6/10 Now for the most controversial take ever. 5, 2019. I genuinely believe this is the most overrated update in the entirety of the game. This was the only one that I barely had any enjoyment with. First off, once again, free copyright music, but also it was without a doubt the most expensive one. It took an ABSURD amount of time to get even the worst pet in the update! Like 2020, unless you had lots of robux, good luck getting ANYTHING because it's pretty much not going to happen. The minigames weren't bad, but they got old REAL FAST after playing them constantly just to get a couple thousand cany. The entirety of the map was decorated for the event too including the school, which WOULD be cool if it weren't for the fact that the textures looked really ugly. Very brown and just ugly models. Then there's the pets. The pets themselves were pretty sick, but there were only 4 of them in total. And one of them was robux, so you could only really actually earn 3 without spending robux. But like I said before, because they were just so expensive, it was crazy difficult just to get any of them! Overall, insanely overrated and I'm sorry but I do believe most people calling this one the best, are just people blinded by 2019 nostalgia. It's really just not that good. But because the pets looked cool and I also do believethe Adopt Me team worked pretty hard on this update back then, it still gets around a 4/10. And yes I have played all 5 events.

My thoughts: 2019: I never got to play but judging on videos I’ve seen, it definitely looks the most fun and also the scariest of all! 2020: Where can I even start. The pumpkin patch minigame was amazing, although it didn’t give very much candy corn. After playing the pumpkin patch once, you would receive a FREE fly ride pumpkin pet that was a temporary item similar to the Scooby Doo pet. I personally didn’t like the ghost bunny minigame, but I love the ghost bunny itself. I’m not a huge fan of the prices this even had though. I managed to inbox an albino bat first try and I was extremely disappointed when I found out it was an ultra-rare. I loved all the pets this year, unlike years to come, but I truly just miss the simplicity of this year. It was great and super nostalgic to think about. 2021: I didn’t like this event. The potion minigame was mid, although I did like the headless horseman chase. It didn’t give enough candy though. The pets were good, I enjoyed the evil dachshund and mummy cats, but now I think this was one of my least favorites. It probably ranks 4th. 2022: I personally LOVE the lava dragons. I don’t love the other pets apart from the jousting horses. The lava wolf and other wolves were not good. I do love the mini games this year though. I love spleef, I’m really good at chickatrice says, and hide and seek is always fun. I really hope they bring hide and seek back 🙏 2023: This is by far my least favorite year. The mini games were mid. I only enjoyed chickatrice says. I miss hide and seek this year though. So much wasted potential with the mansion. I didn’t like the pets this year. Especially the vampire dragon. I do like the werewolf but values are WAY too high for that thing. Overall I did not enjoy this year. I found it the least fun and the pets were arguably the worst ones ever released. Overall my ranking: 1. 2019 2. 2020 3. 2022 4. 2021 5. 2023
So like, I know it's 2024 but I haven't watched the video în 2023, but here is my ranking: 5. 2021 (uninteresting) 4. 2020 (good Ig but could have been better) 3. 2023 ( not to wow tbh, but I have to respect the fact that we had 4 weeks of updates, got better in week 4) 2.2019 - did not play it but from the looks of it, it was so good looking and had interesting minigames. 1. 2022 - SO MUCH FUN! Always grinding balancing candy and bucks. Such a good idea to introduce weeks. Like this update is what started seasonal events with 4 or 5 weeks and I will never forget this. For sure top 3 best Adopt Me updates.

Wow, Thank you! Yeah I agree that the asylum was really empty but as I said I can't hate 2023 because it was a 4 week update. At first I tied 2022 with 2019 but i realized how much I was talking about 2022 so made it 1st. And 2022 is now in my top 2 fav. updates

finally u uploaded!!! here is my opinion abt this year update: this year halloween update is not really the best and i might say its the most boring halloween ever? I meant nothing were bad but the update were so overhyped before it got released , they didnt add so many things in the first week which kinda broke the mood to play 🙃 the interior of the shop is also kinda disappointing? its looks so big but also empty , and they didn’t even make the halloween shop own soundtrack!? and the minigames is not rlly fun but also not rlly boring . They could’ve add the spirit showdown back instead of the chickatrice minigame 😭.. But this year pet is very pretty and im glad they make some changes (still prefer the old map) . Rating: 2019: 8/10 2020: 7/10 2021:6/10 2022:7.5/10 2023: 6.5/10
But tbh I don't like the shop interior either, it's way too open and looks boring and bland, and the event in general was kinda boring as well. The soundtrack is good though as always but my favorite Halloween soundtrack is from 2022.
