I’m with you on the non cheese Halloween. I actually have mostly antiques in my home so I’m using my 1900s type writer (with antique book pages flying out of it) and I have a original oil portrait from Victorian era that I will have cobwebs hanging off the frame (as I can’t touch the art itself)

I so wish I had a decent Home Goods in our area. The closest one to me is 45 minutes away and it is so small and very rarely has much. You got some great items. I love Halloween. When our kids were at home we sent all out for the whole month. Not the gory stuff but fun kid decor , even outside. Our neighborhood would often get together and decorate. It was a fun time. My adult kids still remember it and continue to enjoy Halloween with their families. I still decorate but not to the extent I use to. I did invest in the PB ghosts and pumpkins this year. The Scary Squad pieces are really cute too.

Hi Sara! I had to drive to Pottery Barn a few weeks ago and bought the small terracotta Jack O Lantern. I love him so much! I'm so glad I did! Enjoy yours!🎃

Since my kids are grown I don’t decorate for Halloween but I loved all the items you picked up.. I would definitely get some black felt for the ghost eyes…

You seem so very happy in this video! ❤️ I have always had a kitchen towel problem and love to buy them from Home Goods! I even use a kitchen towels for my hand towel in the bathroom.

Nice haul!! I’ve been having so much fun hunting for Halloween decor this year! My favorite purchase so far has been a black marble RIP tombstone, I love it so much!

I’ve stood and stared at the PB pumpkin at least three times this year. I love it and all the ghost things. Especially the table linens. I’m like you, and don’t do much Halloween and not for very long. Stop influencing me to make bad choices! 🤣🤣🤣💛

I love the twig broom! I haven’t seen that in my HomeGoods; I’ll have to widen my HomeGoods search radius. Unfortunately, my HomeGoods is slim pickings. I did find a clay terracotta jack-o-lantern and grabbed that. I did pick up the felt ghost too. It’s so cute and old time looking to me. I don’t know where I’m going to place him, but I’ll find a spot. Thanks for all the videos! I can’t wait to see how you style your items.

Hey Sarah, great finds as usual. My children are almost grown so I haven’t decorated for Halloween in years but last year I got the itch. I only bought a couple of things though. This year I did get 3 different jack-o’-lanterns that I plan on diy the black but they restocked the last years fall decor steals box and I got it. It has 2 of the orange in it, I think they’ll be good dupes. I really don’t use orange normally for any time of year but they’re so muted. I’m diying mine for outside and I refuse to pay the PB price for the outside, however I think I may get the small black one next year for the inside. I’ve been debating, I was relieved when you said it was sold out… lol. Those ghost are awesome, if I found the small, I’d for sure get that as well. I like a higher end look as well, but I’m not above some spider webs and some stick on bats around the mantle either. Lol

I’ve seen so many great DIYs of them! I did some smaller ones myself last year and I love how they turned out 👏🏻 I agree, far too much to leave it outside, home goods has some very good options that are much more budget friendly!

Great finds! I found the small and medium version of the Martha ghosts, have never seen the large version. Great idea on the eyes diy, I’m not ready to commit to painting them haha. Now I’m on the hunt for that ghost crock candle, I found the pumpkin spice version and it’s so cute. I also invested in the small pottery barn pumpkin in orange, it’s truly a staple.

What a fun shopping experience - you could tell how happy you are with all these cute items - your eyes had a sparkle to them and quite the smile on your face - good for you! I’m like you - decorating for Halloween is more on the cute side and not scary or cheesie. Have fun!👍

Great finds, I really like the Halloween towels! Just an FYI Meijer, they are in a grocery store chain in the Midwest has what I think is a close Pottery Barn dupe for the black pumpkin and it is only $7.99, it's about 9" tall and lights up, I just had to buy it!!

Had to chuckle when you showed the broom. A few years ago we were trimming our maple tree and I made a witches broom then I added a small potion pouch. Scored really funky black disco shoes with 9" heels at Good Will. This decorates my enrty along with a over sized witches hat on a fancy gold stand.

Such great finds Sarah! Love everything...yes I was surprised as well at how many Pottery Barn dupes Home Goods has this year. It has been fun treasure hunting. I found the 3 stacking terracotta jack-o-lanterns that look like Pottery Barns for only $29! I love the broom that you found and am hoping to see it as well... You should put fairy lights on the bottom, that would be so cute! Have a wonderful day!

Thank you! There isn't a way to "look it up" yourself per se but it can help if you wanted to call and ask if they had it, that way you can describe the item and give them that information. Best bet is to take a look but if you're going out of your way you can give it a try!

SOOOOO…. You showed the Luminara pine cone candle in your last video and said you picked it up at either HomeGoods or HomeSence.. I couldn’t remember which one. I thought, what are the odds that my store might have one but I figured I would check anyway. So today, I went to HomeSense first. Low and behold I turned this box around and there it was. The large brown pine cone candle I’ve been looking for since you showed it couple of years ago. Got it! Then I went next door to HomeGoods (they are attached) and to my surprise..there was the small one. Got it! What are the odds?

LOL I am scared of bugs and rodents, but I have some giant S things that I put on the pillars in front of my house. I used to have a fake rat that I would keep on the floor near my cubicle at work that would scare people.

@@missy8867 I think my hate of them goes back to childhood when i had a small S in my hair, i was away a few weeks back and i had 4 quite large ones in our holiday property hate to say it but they had to go, husband was not around so a broom came in very handy hate them xx

Not at all, the smallest one retailed $49.50. Definitely an investment but they are quite substantial! 🎃

Fall decor great, Halloween nope don’t participate as a believer in Jesus Christ. If you’re on the fence please pray about it. Remember that all things should glorify the Lord. Becareful what you allow in your home, yes even decor.. God bless you all ❤
