Very nice! I have a question I made your condensed milk buttercream yesterday it was very tasty, but I wanted to pipe it on my cupcakes but it stuck to my nozzle. What did I do wrong?
Cupcake Savvy's Kitchen When I pipe a swirl and finished then I pull piping bag upwards .. the buttercream should stay on the cupcake and but mine stuck on the nozzle and the buttercream Goes also upwards off the cupcake
They are actually pretty easy to do....they freeze really well so can be made a week ahead. You can make the meringue kisses ahead of time as well and assemble everything the day before. :-)
They look amazing! What’s the internal texture of the merengue kisses using Swiss Merengue method as opposed to a normal pav recipe using vinegar & cornflour for stability & marshmallowieness? (Is that even a word?!)
Hi, can i ask a question? When i tried to mix the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, cream, n gelatine.. I followed all your instructions n recipe. At the end my mix become too runny. So i don't get the fluffy mix then can't stack the 3 colors properly. What did i do wrong here? Do i overmix or something? Please help.. 🙏🏻 But the taste is delicious though, i like it's not too sweet nor too 'cheesy' 😁👍🏻
