You guys really captured with stage 89 how Walt Disney Imagineering and the people inside the Walt Disney company are more than just coworkers but a big happy family. In my opinion that is so important how they not only captured so many peoples life but also their lives. Thank you guys for this hopefully you can do this again but with a different park.

Thank you for the coverage of the Haunted Mansion plans. Rolly was always my favorite imagineer, by far. He lived close to me, I had the opportunity to meet him several times before he passed, including visiting a short-term gallery display of some of his art pieces. Seeing that melted bust of him is beyond words.
20:56 Constance is my least favorite part of the Haunted Mansion in general. So I’m glad to hear they might be removing it, hopefully bigger and better.
So glad they cleaned TRON! Central Florida's hot / wet / humid weather is HARD on outdoor attractions with mold and rust. Disney probably needs power wash to attraction at least once per month to avoid such buildup.
Man I hope this Big Al statue is a tease that the bears could find a home somewhere in Grizzly Peak. It would be a great throw back win if included in the new expansions that were teased.
I assume they are going to tender to Lookout to save money on docking infrastructure. That mixed with the extended trek to and from the beach looks like a significant undertaking.
I'm excited for a new Constance but why would they get rid of the physical Hitchhiking Ghosts? The mirror effect is so much better at Disneyland than Walt Disney World.
I Really Wish Disney took Criticism from those who watched HalloWishes and Brought Back this Classic Halloween Show instead of Having it Replaced with Mickey's Not-So-Spooky Spectacular.
Honestly, I think they need to just reskin Grizzly River Run to Country Bears,and have their shenanigans all along the ride path. It'd be like Big Thunder only you'd actually have enough time to look at everything.
The Country Bears have been seen hanging around Grizzly River Run for years. It's also worth mentioning that the Bathrooms at the Hungry Bear in Critter Country as still themed to Country Bear Jamboree. The costumed characters seem to randomly pop up from time to time in DCA and DL
Stage 89 was a special, amazing event. I was blown away. I was glad to watch using the streaming ticket. Thank you to all your guests!! They make Disney special. The high ticket price of disney is kind of justified when I hear about all the research and development, detail and time that went into the park and rides’ creation. Thank you for your teams’s hard work and yours too putting on this event.
A whole hearted endorsement to watch the 2 day stream of Stage 89; if you have any bit of interest in the history of MGM/Hollywood studios, do yourself a favor and watch these legends and masters of their craft!!

It's scary😨, it's based on the same name of the two "Haunted Mansion🎞" movies🎬, I've never seen them at the movies🎬in years, and my favorite ride at the Magic Kingdom🏰is, The Runaway Train at Thunder Mountain.🚂⛰️My family👨👩👧👦and I always like to go to that ride for years, and it brings back a lot of memories, too.
It’s sad to see all the cute things that we are so used to seeing over the years, but we have to realize … time is marching on. We old school fanatics are getting old. Trends change and so does show biz technology. What was relevant for us 20-30 yrs ago, no longer applies to the new younger fans. Even Walt said Disneyland would be in state of becoming and changing. It’s inevitable. Just be glad we have seen the parks evolves for better or worst. I appreciate they’re not sitting stagnant.
17:11 We were talking about that on FB a few days ago, many people are thinking it MIGHT be the staff area getting a MUCH needed refurbishment. That would affect the stables being open, since said stables are near the staff area, and they don’t want to cause stress for the horses. Which, if that’s the case, yay that they’re taking into consideration the health and safety of the horses. 💜🐴
I really hope for country bears to come back, this time at grizzly peak, its dca's bear country and makes thematic sense, should take over redwood creeks land and could just have 1 theater but just with more seating.
Stage 89 was just amazing!! It literally made my whole weekend. Although streaming from my home near Disneyland, I felt like I was at Cooperstown or Canton when listening to all of the great stories. The love and respect in the room between the WDI/WED team members and the audience was palpable. Loved it sooo much! The only thing I am sad about is the 30 day streaming limit. I understand the reasoning, but I was hoping to save some of the panels to rewatch on a tough day. Thank you so much, Tom and Co! Also, love theTipTop club shirt! Wish it was also in women’s sizes and I would buy it for sure.

Yay! More Oogie Boogie nights... aka more days Disney kicks out guests earlier than usual while still charging them the same admission price. I will say I am happy that they may be updated the interior of the Haunted Mansion, I would hate that they closed it down for all of this time just so they can make a new place for all the people to wait in line Lightning Lane guests walk right onto the ride, oh yeah and a gift shop too.
I want to say that I'm glad that WDWNT cares enough to arrange for special events like Studio 89, EPCOT's 40th Anniversary, and the Golden Jamboree. Imo, you did way more than Disney has done for anniversaries and I appreciate that. I also like the TOT shirt. Glad to hear that Gertie is shipping soon! You still have Fantasy Springs to look forward to, Tom!
Florida rest stops at the entry into the state used to provide fresh squeezed orange juice. Feel "Orange Bird" a relic of the 80s and 90s outside of Disney World.
That first family road trip from New York to Florida in the 89s was so exciting. We stopped at roadside farmstands on the way and got fresh citrus like we'd never seen at home, and then we got to the Magic Kingdom and saw the life-sized Orange Bird! It was awesome.
Constance's technology has been a disappointment from the beginning. I probably wouldn't hate the character if the projection had ever worked as well as it was intended to. Maybe if they fix it, I'll come to like her.
Wait Why would Disney replace the Hitchhiking ghosts at the end of the ride in Disneyland!!! They work perfectly. The CGI Hitchhiking Ghosts look terrible in Florida. Can we please create a campaign to save the original Hitchhiking Ghosts of Disneyland
@@WDWNT I understand Disney is referring to the halloween party dates when they say this halloween season. My surprise is that they're talking about it in May already, and with a lot of detailed information. Seems too early to me, any hype would probably have died down by the time the party debuts. Also, it just makes it feel like time goes by even faster.
The Country Bears are just dumb. It’s dated and needs to go away. You’ll get over it. There are plenty of real world issues that are more important than an attraction at a theme park.
Did you accidentally watch this video 22 minutes or are you just one of those people that wants everything to be rebooted and replaced every few years.
