OMG! I forgot about the cut out dolls too!!! She's so beautiful!!! Best Abbie repaint I've ever seen! We still managed to do one thing similar. Leg of mutton sleeves! Love her so much! Thanks for collabing with me
She is beautiful, very classy, classic and vampiry. I really love her expression; it seems different from every angle, going from shy and cute to aloof to threatening. And another spooky one coming...Great!
This is one of my favorite dolls ever!! I love the depth and texture on her face. Her dressing gown is also super fun, especially for a vampire character! The sleeves are super late 19th century (and match the hair) but the back pleats give off solid 18th century vibes. I like to imagine that the dressing gown used to be a dress she wore in the 18th century and altered to match the “current” time period
You have such a good eye for detail! One of the reasons I love creating “fantasy” characters so much is the freedom to make my own version of reality, and that includes mixing and matching from different periods of history ❤️
I absolutely adore all the details you have put into this doll, she is so stunning! If I were a vampire I would want to look like her.. Those nails are amazing, I actually have done something similar on my own nails. Currently I have holo black polish on 8 of my nails and a Halloween inspired plaid on 2, its orange base, sparkly purple stripes, black stripes and silver stripes. The outfit is beautiful as well and her back story sounds so interesting. I really like the dagger you added.
I always thought i hate rhinestone but you pointed out the black on black and it clicked, i do like that black on black but the shine of other rhinestones more often than not look cheap to me. Great use of them and thanks for changing my perspective!
I would have never of thought of black rhinestones. But you’re absolutely right they give us certain look that makes you want to look even more at the item.
I loved the red string around the dagger but the rhinestones really draw out the timelessness of the vampire/undead theme, definitely the better choice! I loved this creation ❤️ Stunning job! 😍
As in all things you do, your Gibson girl with a twist is perfectly poised and clothed and has so much personality. I’m glad you’re back (June ‘23). We missed you x
WOW!…she’s EXQUISITE..one of my favourite dolls of yours to date..Her face paint is gorgeous..The hair is so lovely..And her nightdress and gown just wonderfully beautiful as is her tiny dagger too..I love her 🥰
Your creations are amazing. Thank you for letting us know exactly what colours and materials you use as you re-paint her face and body - that's soooo helpful ❤️
i love this doll so much!!! the skin texture turned out amazing with all the veins & little details-- it makes her look almost transparent, which is perfect for a vampire!! i adore the grey streaks in the hair too :-) having a vampire showing signs of aging is a really lovely unique design element!! also, i never realized how cool abbey's hand sculpt is & i love the detail you put into the hands
J love how bored and powerful she looks. Like she wants nothing to do with people and she knows she can do whatever she want to get them out of her presence
Well done you, we’ll done. Love the concept, simply but glamorous. Love the mutton sleeves on the outer wear. Hints of the Victorian era, where vamps became real!!! Best yet (but still love all the rhinestones)😌😎
