I feel like you’re the purest girl on RU-vid I’ve ever seen, I mean it. I’ve been watching your videos for a long time now but just in the past like two years I started to watch your videos like regularly not like once in a month, and I just realised that you’re such and amazing person. I always feel so anxious about going to meet and greets to meet my fave youtubers purely because I feel too anxious and awkward so I just don’t go. Honestly my life is completely ruined due to anxiety and I know I should brush it off but I’m in the early stages of trying to challenge so it isn’t that easy, anyone with anxiety will understand, I always drop out of stuff like college and I missed a couple of years at school because of anxiety. I just hope some day I can control it..

53 days till Christmas who else is already exited 😆😆🎄🎄🎄🎄

I just don’t agree with people who say you shouldn’t do things that you know will trigger anxiety!! I hate trains, I hate the underground, I’m not a fan of crowded public spaces and concerts/live shows are hard for me but I’m not going to live my life in fear of going to these things! I love listening to music live, and I like seeing my favourite artists live and once I’m there and that person is on stage I feel fine so I battle my anxiety for it! I’ll wake up that morning and I’ll be having the worst anxiety about having to go on the train/underground but I keep myself calm (as hard as that is) I distract myself and I surround myself with people who I trust and know will be there in case I do have a panic attack! I’ve even now been to two shows at Wembley stadium and had standing tickets, it’s hard and it takes a lot of mental strength to keep myself grounded and fight my anxiety but I do it because I want to get better!! I’ll get home that night and I’ll be so mentally exhausted that I just fall straight to sleep but it’s worth it for the memories I’ll have made! My anxiety with crowds it’s mostly because I have body confidence issues and when I’m in crowded places I’m more inclined to feel like people are staring at me or judging me - in reality they aren’t they probably don’t even notice I’m there- but my anxiety plays with my mind with these things, but what sort of life would I have if I let my anxiety control me like that! Even if I do have a panic attack whilst in these situations, I pick myself up, I dry my tears, I sort my face out and I take some deep breaths because I’m not going to let anxiety rule my life and why the hell should you!!! Anxiety is so jarring it’s like one second I’m fine the next my minds having a meltdown! It’s so stressful! It’s amazing that you even went to hello world and the fact you managed to meet all those people is amazing!!!

I love the feeling you get after you’ve done something you were extremely anxious about, I have to travel by trains every weekend and have anxiety attacks every time, but the feeling when I get off the train and arrive it’s sooo gooooooood!!
