@@Soeonye while I agree Pace Setter is mostly better; My focus here is beating the run as soon as possible by destroying the altars as fast as possible and killing the Lord afterwards. Also, being able to constantly dodge attacks rather than tanking them as enemy damage can get quite high when going for these modifier-intensive runs at the Vault. Therefore, I find having constant hight MS preferable to having it conditionally when equipping Pace Setter.
