@@jovanatomic5429that might be sleep paralysis, I had this happen to me. I don’t see anything but my actual room, but I couldn’t move when I woke up right away, my brain had to “connect” to my body before I could move my muscles. It was scary but only lasted a few seconds. Some people experience this more intensely and hallucinate as well when it happens. You can google search sleep paralysis to learn about it 😊

@@AyshaAktheryPopy I am sorry you live in a society that isn't understanding of mental health issues. It seems like you have the insight to realize what you are experiencing, so that's a good thing. I would suggest contuing to educate yourself in any way that you can. I am in therapy, but I like to take the extra step of doing research in order to manage my symptoms and stay on top of things. For example if I think someone is watching me I try to sit with the discomfort and say "so what?" and continue living my life. This way I don't give into any impulses or get myself into trouble. I hope that makes sense and I wish you the best.

@amyjones8613 Hun, you aren't crazy. I know just saying that probably doesn't make you feel any better but you aren't. You didn't ask for this, you didn't choose it but you still have to deal with it every day - you are brave even if you feel really scared. You are amazing for just getting up every day when some of the days are going to be awful. I hope you have some support and that you don't have to go through this all alone. If you do have someone maybe you could ask them to stay with you when you are sick so that at least you aren't alone even though I know it doesn't fix it. I don't get hallucinations so I haven't got any useful advice really but I thought that you sounded scared and it made me feel so sad. I wanted to at least say something so you know that people do care about you, you are worth caring about and I'm sorry that you have to deal with it all but you really are amazing.

It’s getting darker and more intense/frequent and I feel like it’s invading my day to day life at this point and there’s a lot of fear, and I’m worried it’s spreading to the things I see when my eyes are open. I’ve been having a difficult time due to some thing’s that have happened in my life and I feel like my grip on reality is slipping. I’m scared. I’ve never been diagnosed as having a psychotic episode or anything, but I’m like 99.99% sure that I had one in high school, like looking back I had a good deal of the symptoms and had just been put on antidepressants, it got pretty bad but luckily ended up resolving after a while. Im really just hoping to be able to get it under control before it gets too dangerous. (I am planning to see a psychiatric provider soon, just have to deal with the logistical side of it first, ie processing my referral, making sure it’s covered by my insurance, turning in the paperwork once it’s no longer the weekend, etc. The first steps I’ve already set in motion just have to wait now)

I’ve had that happen when I’m sleep deprived it’s almost like I’m dreaming while still awake Mine look like random cartoon characters that do movements with backgrounds and they rapidly change it’s not super clear but it’s clear enough to know what I’m seeing Never happens when I’m well rested and I don’t hear a sound from it while it’s happening So definitely normal when under stress

I have schizoaffective disorder and this was just happening to me a few days ago. It was making me so anxious because I’ve been trying to manage my care with anticipation of seasonal depression

I have this Exact same thing. Im dont have S... but I know exactly what your talking about. Sometimes I have little video clips play with people doing things. It's kind of kool but sometimes I think its going to get scary so I open my eyes. Thanks for bringing this awareness. Things people don't talk about. ❤ I'm glad I'm not alone.

I wrote this in a reply to another comment but maybe I should leave it as a direct comment on the video too : I research closed eye hallucinations last year because it randomly started happening to me every single time I closed my eyes (even when blinking) for a few months. At first I was freaked out and worried, but when I realised it was harmless, I started to really enjoy it. It sparked so many creative ideas and I could entertain myself at any moment of the day lol. Eventually it stopped just as randomly as it started, and I sort of miss it, but at the same time I’m sure it would eventually get annoying. And sometimes negative images would appear which could be distressing at times.

😂 I'm so sorry my poor girl! I think I would put on a pair of dark Dark Shades and stare at the ceiling and listen to new sounds from New York radio station wqxr till I fall asleep! 😎 wishing you a peaceful and Serene rest. If that doesn't work try pink sound or brown sound or blue sound or something that will calm you. You have my sympathies. You're managing very well very well and I admire you for not going around the bend. Good job!

You have got to be one of the not only smartest…but STRONGEST women I have ever seen before in all of my existence! (Ehmm next to myself of course..self love❤ lol) The way you deal with ur difference and how you are aware when it is going on just truly amazes me! It’s really cool to learn about the issues and illnesses people have and how they have learned to handle them daily. It’s good to inform others so they KNOW what’s going on and how to properly approach the situation rather than just stick their noses up and make snide rude remarks. YOU GO SISTER!!❤❤

Very interesting, I have had a similar experience, it's like I was half conscious and knew my eyes were closed but I thought I could still see through my eyelids. Specifically, I was reading a book 📖... with my eyes closed

I get this too. I was once wrongfully diagnosed with schizophrenia because this doctor wrote a famous book he was a famous doctor and so he tended to diagnose everyone with it. Turned out it was a severe form of complex post-traumatic stress disorder. Now that I've turned to Christ Jesus I'm starting to see that sometimes they are visions for me or to share. Sometimes their visions from the demonic realm and sometimes from God's realm. Often they mean nothing and like you say are stress induced. I also talk about these types of things on my channel. God bless and thank you for sharing 😊❤.

I hallucinate when I sleep , I am not sleeping I am in full conversation with my self to the point I put loud sound under my ear to help me sleep . People may think I am sleeping that is when I can actually hear sound from far.

You are one like I am. My wife is in the hospital with Covid-pneumonia and meningitis thrown in just for luck. Just like any doctor fighting for life in all that he sees around him, I don’t think in terms of chances. But any one of those, by itself, would be pretty bad. There are RU-vid women I’ve been commenting to for years, but I would never tell them that. It is good to find your own. I hope your hallucinations go away.
