The Drug Classroom you should do a video on scopolamine. I'd love to hear what you have to say about it, the wacky stories about it, and especially the science. I have no personal experience with the drug, but it comes from a plant and it sounds crazy unbelievable what people say it does to you.

The Drug Classroom i have hppd ongoing and its veeery psychedelic as if i had just taken lsd i have some very detailed an complicated visuals but its less vivid/ bright once i concentrate on these effects its hard to focus and concentrate but sometimes it just doesnt occur to me and i can go on in my daily live with no problems and these visual effects have no negative impact on me and i took 2cb a while ago and since then my visual effects when im not on anything are more intense then ever BUT i have to add that for me to be fuckin honest its more of a skill than a disorder i can think of something like spongebob or a pink elefant and i see it and if i concentrate i can see old visual effects i once had tripping but less vivid/bright t he brainstructure changes ... you rewire your brain when you change habits for example and for me its like the substances i take make my brain more open to rewirering or it just becomes easier to do so and lsd and 2cb gave me some hyperreal ultravivid ultra complex and detailed visual effects and i concentrated on these for a long time and what i THINK (i dunno shit) is that visual effects you have on psychedelics are different than in normal state and they are more intense and stimulating and because of that they just rewire the visual parts of the brain on lsd the brain is under way more "electricity" i guess ... and maybe it CAN force some brains into a different way of working with visuals but i really dont have any clue i can without a problem distinguish reality from these effects the visual effects from "my ongoing hppd " are more like i just bring them up from a different part of the brain (there were imagination resides) and i now can (and sometimes it just happens) overlay these visuals over my normal sight (i see the exact same visual effect when i close my eyes (only gets a lil more vivid)) hmmmmm

i heard psychedelics have the power to reconnect/rewire your brain... and while using it, some parts of the brain communicate with other parts, that usually don't talk with each other... if this is true, maybe psychedelics can wire these party constantly together so that they do strange things

I rolled on MDMA and after this roll I began getting symptoms of hppd. I told myself yep that's my last roll, but I realized it wasn't the mdma that was giving me hppd. A week prior I read of the benefits of supplementing with magnesium, so I bought myself over the counter magnesium. I took for a week, but it brought me undesired effects. I began getting extremely drowsy and felt like I was seeing things. After the mdma these symptoms got worse and I knew I needed to get off of them even if it was only for a week. The mental stress it brought me was tough , but I knew I needed to stop. It's better to eat foods rich vitamins and minerals.

Ive had hppd for a long time now and i think the center of it is my ocd anxiety. There is hope in Jesus and medicine and coping mechanisms for me and hope for everyone because i have overcome it. Jesus christ can heal and save all. If anyone reads this there is always time to repent and believe the gospel. Mark, matthew, luke, john in the bible. Faith is eternal life through Jesus. I used to have severe symptoms. My secret to making them go away almost entirely... Sleep, the most useful thing to do. Start sleeping until you wake up naturally and try to do this as much as possible. Gotta let the brain repair. In a few months you'll start to feel a lot better. Meditation helps dramatically. Reading. Exercise and eating healthy are a plus but for me going to gym made it worse for some reason, all the endorphins made the symptoms more severe. Once again because I cant stress it enough... SLEEP!!!

Yep, my HPPD only starts to bother me if I'm in a bad frame of mind naturally. Most of the time it's just static and halos and I think it's quite cool enjoy it. If im currently stressed or tired though I start to get the "what if I've messed myself up forever", worrying kind of thoughts and the HPPD makes me feel disconnected.

Yea, I had mild HPPD too and the best treatment for me was patience, no psychedelic & mdma usage and sleep. Right now I use psychedelics once every two months and ecstasy 3 times a year. I got mild HPPD again, so floaters and a kind of static overlay of my vision, but I've pretty much accepted it and just live with it. I am kinda considering completely stopping my psychedelic usage again, but I also feel like they have a positive influence on my life and my outlook..

It's too late now I had to get a TPO as he's 6'6 300+ pound homicidal maniac. He's constantly talking about killing someone. He's violent. Anyone reading this Familiar w/ BPD knows if it is common for an obsession with violence.

I've had it in the past and it went away after being sober for a while. The best way to describe it is seeing psychedelic patterns when staring at something for more than a few seconds, people would become cartoon like, walls would have maya calendar patterns and objects would grow and move. At the start it was distressing and some tasks like reading were impossible but after time my brain learned to ignore the hallucinations. Its hard to imagine but I learnt to read sentences while they moved in 3d dimensions (closer and further), the thing that annoyed me the most wasn't actually the hallucinations but the lack of understanding people had. I would tell people that I hallucinate regularly and that it was because of psychedelic use but they would automatically assume I was psychotic. I also remember that cannabis became very psychedelic once hppd had set in, and really turned into a psychedelic of its own. The hppd gradually stopped over time but my perception never changed back to what it used to be. Although I don't hallucinate all the time now, colours are more vibrant and reality looks more like a dream. I can also hallucinate if I concentrate hard enough. To be quite honest I prefer reality this way, it doesn't effect my life in anyway and I would compair my present reality to a minecraft texture pack. I haven't met anyone who has had a similar change of perception but friends from my psychedelic past seem to agree with me on some aspects. The lack of understanding and the stigma of it being psychosis prevents people from talking openly about it

This is great. I find things to be very similar for me, also. I hallucinate in the sense that the environment "breathes" from time to time, red and orange colours appear to be significantly brighter and dominant, greens appear to be the most vivid in how many gradients of green I can see, but I relate to you saying about the relative impact on your life. Takes adjusting, but I'm not sure psychosis would be how I'd describe it. As you stated, that stigma does prevent exploring other discussions.

HPPD was not fun after a bad trip. It really felt like my brain was fried and I was terrified. I remember an instance where I was was sitting at the table and I was listening to fridge buzz. After a few seconds, I was hearing conversations, laughter - all of which I couldn't interpret the context of, and right before I was able to snap out of it, it was angry yelling voices. I have an anxiety disorder and the symptoms they've described are a lot like what I've experienced. And I've also had visual snow, seen floaters and etc, but my anxiety makes me notice them more and I didn't even know I had it until I read into it which happened only because I was anxious... I think a lot of these patients just have some form of anxiety disorder brought on by psychedelic usage and realised the visual effects as anxiety makes you feel "hyper aware" and constantly checking and questioning yourself.

I have HPPD for 10 years now after heavy overdose of benzydamine hcl. Moving objects that are close to my view are leaving "shadow trails" in the air. Never seek treatment, got use to it. It can be helpfull in tracing small objects like droped screws, coins etc. I used LSD and Psilocibine since - it had no effect on HPPD. It doesn't affect my day to day life.

Difkament I'm curios if someone could throw a coin into your field of vision and have it land where you wouldn't see it. It would be super interesting to see if that trail would show you where it landed, because if it did that seems pretty significant to me. Adding a trail to something you can see would be easy enough to imagine, but actually having something pass you and leave a real trail behind that you could follow seems like something else completely.

Here's my theory on why this happens to people. There are mutations in the SERT transporter known to be involved with depressive and anxiety disorders. These are gain of functions phenotypes, meaning the transport moves serotonin from the synapse back to the presynaptic vesicle at a greater rate than the typical allele. This means less serotonin jumps the gap to activate serotonin receptors. When a nueral pathway is activated, a compound called neurotrophin is released. This causes the strengthing of the pathway that is activated. The lack of serotonin leads to a lack of neuroplasticity, which is the cause of many of the symptoms we associate with depression and anxiety. Specifically, anxiety seems to be related to the 5-ht1 receptors and depression to the 5-ht2 but this is an extreme over simplification. Anyway, when you expose someone to a serotonin agonist it will have a biased interaction to different serotonin receptors, these will also have differing downstream effects from the different cascades that follow. The pathways activated by each of these cascades will then be strengthened by the resulting release of neurotrophin. When someone with one of the aforementioned mutated SERT's has this happen, they will have a more significantly biased change in neural formation because the lower rate, overall, of serotonin activating receptors and causes the downstream pathways to be activated. This bias could even further extend if one of the specfic serotonin receptors has a mutation that allows for prolonged ligand interaction times. Something like an amino acid being swapped out in the 5-ht2a receptros allowing the 'lid' that covers the diethylamine of LSD, and n-benzyl-2-methoxy moeities of the NBOMe compounds, being able to conform further over the ligand. Thus, this leads to prolong activation of the pathways for these specific two classes of compounds, which both seem more signicantly linked to this disorder than most psychedelics. The need for these two mutated genes for this effect to happen would also explain is relative rarity when compared to the rather large number of people who possess gain-of-function SERT genetypes.

When I first started going through all of this I was so scared I actually thought suicide was the only way to fix my issue which I am very glad I did not do. The best thing you can do for yourself is relax and realize you’re not going as crazy as you think. Unfortunately, there is no cure so try your best to adjust to the new way you see the world. Stay away from drugs (as best as you can), eat healthy food, exercise everyday and most importantly GET GOOD SLEEP. I've had HPPD like symptoms for years, due to my obsessive LSD use, however never looked at it as all that bad of a thing. Flashbacks can be alarming at first, sure, but ultimately they don't get in the way all that much, and just make reality a bit more interesting... HOWEVER, on February 10th of 2017, I accidentally dosed an obscene and still undetermined amount of LSD, and found my self in what could be called a full LSD psychosis--in constant flashback of the experience--for about 3 weeks afterwards. After that, the symptoms began slowly SLOWLY fading... but still to this day, have not gone away completely. At this point, over a year and a half later, there are many physical and emotional triggers for my HPPD symptoms, but the actual condition lay only in my background. No longer is my constant visual experience altered (to the extent it at one point was, I can deal with where I am now), however certain things--such as exerting a lot of physical energy (exercise), overeating/underrating, oversleeping/undersleeping, most any type of drug use especially psychedelics and cannabis, or even just extreme emotions, such as depression and anxiety--are one to trigger symptoms to re-arise. Excited to see how our collective understanding of this condition grows, as it has literally ran my entire life for so so so long, and yet details about it remain a mystery...

Waking up every day was hard. I thought I was the most enlightened person and I had all these crazy schizophrenic thoughts and was always so paranoid. After a year I got better on my own, but I never worked out, ate healthy or focused too hard on getting good sleep so I’m sure you can get there quicker if you do those things. The one good thing about HPPD is if you can beat it it will make you a lot stronger and more comfortable and real life will seem a lot better and easier if you’re strong enough to push through. I do not regret my experience at all. And you shouldn’t either. Just push through, it will make a good story to tell one day.

This comment section has taught me a lot about myself. I need to make a video to explain my experience. Im self diagnosing here, but am positive I have Borderline Schizophrenic Disorder (family history). A basic overview is as follows. Summer 2002 I consumed Magic Mushrooms 10ish times with friends. 2.5 Gram dose would typically give me a level 3 trip, I am a lightweight, where as many of my peers would just get a solid buzz and see tracers, I would be full blown tripping balls. The last time I did mush, I voluntarily hospitalized myself at the start of my peak(2 hours in). Life background. Depressed low self esteem, suicidal ideation started at 13, thoughts of it even as a child. 2001 hit me hard,9/11. Actually tried to end it in my “sleep” (“broke” my own neck in the headboard cubby of my bed, the vertebrate 20 years later is still visibly shifted), was paralyzed for about 2 minutes, took me about 8 to roll Halfway onto the floor and stand up. I was so f***ing mad, went to school fighting back tears all day and didn’t say a word,it was very painful, I just glared and moaned/grunted at people. Heavy weed use and drinking throughout the year, I sort of became decent to be around again by the end of the school year, the summer I did the mush. (People, if you have mental health issues, drugs will typically make those issues more pronounced) The bad trip. Typical bad trip in a hospital setting, injected with muscle relaxant and strapped to a table, with my torso at a slight incline. I just stared at the ceiling gasping and crying for 6 hours watching “black rain” rain down, that was it - at the time horrifying. I have since more life experience at 36 and have experienced scarier shit, but something about that trip man, literally just black miniature comets with tails raining down fucking endlessly. That bad trip put me into psychosis for 2 years.( I think, this was a very messed up time in my life with OOB experiences and visits from entities)( I became functional after 3 months though, like 2 word responses instead of 1, and actually spent more than 5 minutes outside of my bed). The paranoia (thankfully) went away after 13 years. I still have the residue and recognize the triggers though. It was at this point that my HPPD became “normal”. I just learned 2 months ago that tinnitus isn’t normal, I thought everybody has that. Thankfully my tinnitus is just there, I don’t get attacks too often. ( you know when the pitch starts screaming so loud and ramping in tone it almost stun locks you, that only happens rarely). I’m not practicing meditation/exercise/healthy eating/ and still not the healthiest relationships in life. I’m not giving up, I just took myself off risperidone again, but this last time was messed. A lot of hallucinations ( thankfully only when trying to fall asleep). The worst of which is: you know the feeling where you wake up from a nightmare screaming, but are barely yelping or even can’t scream? It’s that feeling in REVERSE. I’m almost asleep, then bam I feel like my body is getting sucked into a nightmare, and then I get jolted awake before I enter. It’s fucking hell, because sleep deprivation is a GAURAnteed psychotic episode for me nowadays. (40 hours typically is when I break). But I survived. Right HPPD. I’ve found over the years that multivitamins and healthy eating all at once makes Color’s really vivid, and the tracers and sprites are a lot more Zoomy. Intense exercise typically exasperates the HPPD for a few hours. After 20 years of tracers and lights/sprites (flashes of Color or black) I’m used to it. The visual snow sucks and contributes to depression, but I saw snow as a child, so maybe I was already Schizophrenic to an extent. (Borderline - mind you - I can tell if I’m hallucinating). I would say stimulants can make tinnitus symptoms worse as well. Caffeine/Nicotine in my case. I had tachycardia quite a bit and still get it occasionally. Dehydration and sensitive skin is probably a factor. Mine felt like ticks not worms or maggots. The scariest tactile sensation I get from time to time is when your lying in bed and it feels like all the skin touching the bed side starts twisting and crawling. Does anyone else get this? Scares the actual shit out of me! Does anyone else get this? Seriously, it’s so flipping terrifying that I jump from bed turn on the lights and walk it off. Sometimes it’s only a small portion of skin that does it though and I don get jump scared, but sit there feeling it growing, until the heebie jeebies kick in and I ditch the bed and frantically check for pilling/crumbs/bugs, but yet again, nothing is there. I’ve learned to cope with these symptoms by ever evolving my own mental prison, it seems to be working to just accept it. I need to put some effort into trying to be healthier, consistently, and see if my HPPD and tinnitus improve at all. Oh another symptom I get is when I’m driving at night I see shadows ALL the time. Usually it’ll be a sign or utility box, but so many times in my peripheral or just outside of centre vision , it looks like people. I learned about HPPD via the internet sometime in 2003 ish and informed my brain doctor I had the condition, I also found erowid . org , where I studied about drugs. I was on risperidone( a small dose though) and still ended up starting to develop mammary glands, yeah, had these disc like hard clumps under my nipples for a few months they were slightly inflamed, the inflammation and minor swelling went away but the left side lump stayed for about a year and a half or 2 and just kept shrinking. I thought that might be relevant, as many of you have taken that medication. There was a class action lawsuit around 8 years after it’s release, to compensate males who had developed breasts, yeah. This is not a well thought out post, but that is some of the stuff I went through. I’m not sure if HPPD will get better for you or I, but it DOES get easier to live with. Good luck! Make healthy decisions? Oh get help if you need it, just the act of it does wonders even if the help you get isn’t helpful much.

For anyone struggling with HPPD, there is a way to help yourself, but it's not nearly as simple as medicating or wishing the symptoms away. This way is through the use of mindfulness meditation and yogic practices. I've suffered from HPPD for a little over 2 years now originating from two separate 25-I-Nbome and 25-X uses/experiences. My symptoms visually, have slightly worsened since I had found out what happened to me, exacerbated by slight MDMA and cannabis abuse. The Depersonalization and Disassociation(the worse part) I've only just learnt to deal wit this past year and function around. Not saying that for 2 years I couldn't function, for only those I chose to tell about my condition knew what I was going through. But to say, I can now realise how much for a fucking bubble I was leaving in. A bubble coated in purplely rainbow static and breathing patterns, filled with existential anxiety and the consistent question of my very existence. *such fun* This bubble(a metaphor) only just properly popped towards the beginning of 2018 for the first time. How? Through the use of mindfulness meditation and yoga. I started practicing in 2017 and for a year now I've done 30minutes of yoga and 45minuets of mindfulness meditation each morning. This has essentially removed all feelings of Depersonalization, Derealisation and Disassociation, while feeling happier, wiser and healthier than I ever had before. While my unique HPPD vision remains, the purplely rainbow static and breathing patterns in my visual field are still with me, but don't faze me in the slightest anymore and mainly go unnoticed unless I choose to directed my awareness towards it. I feel like I've now, for the first time since the Nbome trips have grounded myself by into my own head and body, and no longer live outside my myself like I use to feel. I can even smoke weed again without feeling like I'm balls deep in a bad acid trip. I now get next to no anxiety from it like I use to. With all this said. The best way to improve your HPPD symptoms would to abstain from any psychoactive substance use and to mix that with the meditation and yoga. But for a lot of us, through all the torment of this condition can not put down those drugs we do or used to love so much. So I would highly recommend these meditative practices, especially if you are one who is struggle with putting down the substances. I can now smoke weed, drink and even trip on psychedelics(only traditional, fuck Nbome and other RC's off) again without any usually effect or worsing of my condition visually or mentally, although I would ultimately recommend sobriety for I could be playing fire. *I am sorry for this long read. I hope it can help anyone struggling with this condition to better there life. Regardless it will always get better so try not to stress yourself out too much. Thank you :)

OK this sounds like what my gf is going through. She has been going through this for like 3 years now and I don't know what to do. When we were living in NH she was doing better wasn't drinking and it seemed to kind of fade. but now we live back in Chicago in the city and she's drinking and its like she's not there. Like she doesn't feel sane she keeps calling herself crazy. She says she cant stop thinking. She is always saying sorry and questioning herself. And spacing out and answering questing slightly late and I'm not sure what to do but its really starting to scare me. She doesn't want to do drugs but she does have a drinking problem I would say. And we do smoke weed. What can I do to help I'm running out of option and I'm not going to just leave her because I can see the pain on her face and that she's scared and its really fucking with me.. And nobody else will take her serious and all her old friends thinks she's off now. I just want her to have a fulfilling life and not like she's not here. Any tips would be amazing. Was it just yoga or are you taking vitamins change your diet? I'm willing to do anything

@Aosta

Similar here (I didn't dissolve it well enough during volumetric dosing, that was... difficult, but not scary/terrifying..). Noticed a small amount of fuzziness on walls the morning after but thought nothing of it. A few experiences later within a short time period and these symptoms increased. Like you I barely notice it after 4 years though it does interfere with looking at stars, for instance. I will admit regular cannabis use and occasional psych/stimulant/alcohol/caffeine use - all of which worsen symptoms to varying degrees but then return to a sort of baseline level HPPD. I didn't notice any improvement in symptoms with diazepam but then again i do not suffer from anxiety or worry about it too much, which may have something to do with that. I've pretty much cut all of this out so i'm wondering if it will have a chance to dissipate/heal, so I ask, have you used HPPD-worsening drugs in your last 4 years?
@gregorv4172
@gregorv4172 7 лет назад
hahaha, sounds like our use is pretty similar in some ways. I used a faulty scale and ingested an unknown quantity, when it hit me i was in another unrecognizable world within less than a minute. I wasn't the same after that (not only in terms of visual perception), but I'm happy with myself. I've used many psychedelics on and off since then, smoked weed/hash most of the day, almost every day. I took a long break from psychedelics and began experimenting with keta (almost always at threshold doses), but no crazy heavy drug experiences after that. I started taking 2cb, among other psychs recently again and i am loving it :) I can't say that my symptoms have gotten worse, they've definitely improved, but that might be because I just accepted the snow and just see through it. I only notice it if I focus on it, and other than that my vision upclose is very HD. I did notice that it very much changed how i see faces in a bizarre but beautiful way. This idea of peoples faces being a moving surface of acrylic paint flowing in the patterns of their facial features (not sure if im the only one who saw that), has stuck with me in different ways. And sometimes colors are very intense and give me a lot of inspiration. I produce art, so that might be why i see these visuals as less problematic (and like i said i only see them strongly if i really focus on them). I can otherwise tune them out completely, but often choose to tap into them. It might be likely that people who focus on them/obsess over them might worsen them over time (kind of like the nature of a bad trip imo), but I guess that I'm not qualified to say that with certainty haha

@Aosta 7 лет назад
thanks for the reply! It's interesting that we both have experiences with an unintentional 'heroic' dose which was likely the initial trigger for the condition. Regarding faces I can't say I have observed this (mostly because my psych use is mostly solo). As for colours, I can certainly see where you're coming from, I refer to that inspiration as my mind 'painting' and mild psych-like visual effects occur when observing intense colour, such as when the sun rises/sets - increasing their beauty. However I seem to be less tolerant of bright light, which I find noticeably more uncomfortable than before developing HPPD. I used to always have my room lights on, now I prefer a small lamp for instance. Indeed HPPD luckily isn't always debilitating like many people I've read online unfortunately seem to experience it as. It seems we have HPP without the D! That being said, hopefully we will see some more conclusive research done into the condition within our lifetimes...
@gregorv4172
@gregorv4172 7 лет назад
for sure, im totally cool with it to be honest. I also noticed that my acrylic visuals and view on faces really mimicked the style of painting van gogh used. It was not exactly his style ofc but the similarities were remarkable, but this might be exclusive since psys are generally catalsysts/create projections for what is already inside of you. Its also very interesting how psys will change your view on human faces (even your own) and make them look more alien (but also pumping with relatable emotions) and mechanical in an organic way; maybe they somehow over-ride our somewhat species specific automatic analysis/recognition of other human faces.

TheNeurolicious thats really interesting, and the implication is, that People are born with a preform of these intense optics and visuals rapidly moving and color changing and complex structured and with ancient symbols, at least thats how I and other people who have severe hppd most likely see it, doesnt matter what drugs were used in the past. So we had this exact same thing only less severe and from birth. Where does it come from then? Why are these so similar to most people? I do agree with your theory, but havent ever heard of it. As a very experienced psychonaut, I have experienced both flashbacks and HPPD. For me, what differentiates the two is a feeling of a "body high" that you get when the trip is really starting to take off and flashbacks are most often a sort of mental experience that sometimes include hallucinations. In one case, I was experiencing what I thought was an HPPD episode when it devolved into a flu-like illness that lasted for a few days. Almost as if my body was responding to the viral invasion with an HPPD experience complete with tracers,dilated pupils, and an inability to focus on any objects arranged in serried rows, like steps or buildings fenceposts. I got an intense flashback from rhabdomyolysis while in jail. This was 10 years ago when I was bad off on all drugs and I basically destroyed my body with meth. While I was detoxing in jail I started working out and did way too many body squats while my leg muscles were completely not ready for it. I felt like I started tripping and I was pissing coffee, which when I looked it up after I got out, is protein from muscles being broken down and becoming toxic to your kidneys. But after it happened I was sick laying in my bunk and had intense visuals that mimicked the various psychedelics I had taken in the years prior. I'm surprised I survived because the guards didn't believe I was sick at all until they finally dragged my as to medical and examined my dark urine. Scary for sure I'm glad I made it out of there and glad to be sober 10 years later.

It went away after a week and came back for a few days and went away again. (Each time it came back was due to panic attack) it came back and when I recovered again I noticed a very light visual static. I’ve heard visual static can be temporary for depersonalisation and anxiety. The static started about a month after the weed so I feel it’s the anxiety that’s causing it not the weed (as I’ve heard weed can’t cause hppd) my pupils are usually dilated but I’m still anxious so I think it’s just the symptoms and depersonalisation that’s just lingering a bit and the anxiety. I dont get visual snow but I have a large drug use history including abusing benadryl which makes me see insects in the sky and stuff from the corner of my eye as well. I think I have it. Lots of visual noise. I often get the positive afterimages. Also, this wasn't mentioned, but I notice that many times just after waking up, there's about 5 seconds that I see a lot of the waviness and flaring colors like I would get in the middle of a trip.

Waviness when waking up is normal, it's called hypnopompic hallucinations, it's what happens if you are anxious while waking up. And the visual noise is caused by anxiety. Or rather, visual noise is normal, but anxiety increases it. You probably don't have it. Oh, and afterimages of light are completely normal.

I had snow vision or enhanced squiggly lines for years after. They didn’t bother me much so I just did my best to ignore everything. I’ll admit it was scary when it first happened

I have a pretty strong case of hppd. Static, with occasional visual drifting, solid tracers. But probably the strangest thing about my case is that I have constant tactile hallucinations. Idk if this is just me or what. But it feels like the tingly feeling you get on laughing gas. But i've felt it for months... it's actually not that bad.

Do you have tactile effects also? Because I haven't heard of a case where someone had tactile effects. It seems to be completely unreported.

I can get certain psychedelic effects via meditation and sometimes when walking or looking at huge objects.
