Jazware's H3 Chief really grew on me. I didn't love him a whole lot at first (ironic bc H3 is my favorite in the franchise) but after I gave him a wash and repaint he became that much better. Then I modded his articulation so he can actually move his elbow joint past 90 degrees and so he can actually crunch at the torso. Now he's in my top 10 figures I own. Nice to see you review him!

This is the BEST Master Chief from the Spartan Collection, with the second best being the Halo 4 version. Absolutely blown away by this guy!! I've heard people haven't some gripes with his paint, but honestly, I'm extremely happy with it either way! The ONLY things I'd do to improve this figure would be fixing the arm articulation as to allow him (and other figures) to shoulder their weapons a little easier. On the same note of his arms, they do seem a bit long on this figure, but that's fairly accurate to the game as well. The final change I'd make would simply be making the right hand joint up and down as opposed to side-to-side. I really hope these figures do well, because these figures are getting better and better with each wave.

I finally got my hands on Halo 3 Chief today! I really love him a lot, I really get a lot of classic Halo vibes

The "believe" campaign for Halo 3 actually made me get into Halo joyride 2.75" figures because I liked to recreate the diorama from that "believe" ad... I recently went and watched the whole series of "believe" videos on RU-vid, and wow! What an outstanding ad campaign for a game! I was in Jr high when Halo 3 came out so I have a lot of good memories with it also. Xbox live on Halo 3 taught me how to cuss🤣

The br varied in size. Halo 2 was small as if it was meant for marines. The game would also scale weapons based off what character is holding it. Halo reach elites can hold a DMR like 15% bigger than a Spartans. Probably did it so it’s easy to see who has what.

I hit some of the unpainted detail on my Chief with some paint. The sculpt on this guy is so dead on to the game model compared to the Rogue Spartan from a few waves back its crazy.

I need this so bad! Also I wish they made a more accurate magnum as that’s the Halo Reach-4 design

I have been waiting on this drop to happen. I wasn't aware of any press release talking about the Halo 3 figure and was wondering if it would ever release. Saw your video and immediately called my local Gamestop and they had it. Went and snagged it before finishing this video, glad I saw this!

Ngl seeing it physically compared to the back of the packaging it looks much better with the legs physically, I may hunt this figure down now since it looks pretty decent

The figure is definitely perfect, if not it looks better than the Halo 2 Chief figure i have, if i could find it someday I'd buy this figure. But truth to be told, much as I'd like that, I'm honestly with the Master chief figure i have, yes it has the worst double joints on the knees, but i do love how he scales with my average 6 inch figures due to his size, plus the figure has grown into me very well... And besides I'm sure this figure is already becoming hard to track for my likea anyways 😆. But yeah, WCT, you're doing a well improved work on your Halo Spartan collection figures, well done 👏 and you did a good figure review out of this Master chief figure my friend ^^ 👍.

I used a Gundam marker real touch, the brown one, to give a "wash" to the H2 master chief, and it ended up looking very good, it took away that mint green color, I bet that with the same gundam marker on this Halo 3 version it's gonna look even better than the mcfarlane ones

I wonder why we were all suffering from calling Gamestops to see if they had H3 Chief on shelves. I just said, "F it" and bought him off of Mercari for 30 bucks and I now have him. He's a good ass figure, apart from an absent articulated waist....Now we wait for H3 Arbiter

I live in Mexico, in a city pretty close to Texas. We have HEB stores over here and they used to get some jazwares figures, but since series 6 they just stopped bringing them. I really would like to catch out some of those figures. I hope Amazon Mexico get any stock of them some time in the future.

The new series 8 master chief has no ankle articulation is kinda of a bummer but besides that great figure hope u do a review soon

Hmmm.. Might pick it up.. glad the knees aren't horrible. it's just too bad they can't make a proper double ball joint neck and torso. that would be nice. if 100toys makes a H3 version, I'll definitely get that, and sell this one, If I have it by then.

He looks great. It sucks that they don't use the Battle Rifle from Halo 3, as it is looks very different than the halo 2 or Halo infinite version which takes over.

i really dislike how he comes with an infinite style battle rifle and a reach style magnum....

he is lowkey bad - long neck - no paint - no scratches - guns are small - proportions are off the legs are skinny the codpiece is too big the chest is small - the articulations are meh - details are missing - plastic is shiny - the green is odd - the torso doesn't move on a super soldier that couches most of times? bad , yes i played halo 3 - the guns are small 5\10 NOT GOOD why can't we have the old mcfarlane finish? we need the same figures but bigger and updated it's not more expensive to do better
