Brute AI in that context was awful lol he kept backing up looking for cover and there was none, you'd think with nothing in range he would just keep rushing the hunter. Put these guys in a pit next time so they can actually duke it out!

343 should add an option to increase AI probability of meleeing. These two keep backing up for cover, especially the Chieftain. Hunters in general very rarely use their melee attacks in this game.

Damn, never realized how pathetic the Hunter's weapon is in terms of size, impact and sound. Sounds like it's firing a Concussion Rifle, not an arm mounted cannon the size of a large dog.

Brutes in halo reach are actually super tall but their model is crouching. Brutes are wayy taller ingame. actually ingame. With modding, we can force the brute into a default pose and it will stand very tall.

Great showcase. I wasn't expecting that outcome. On a side note, are the camera controls difficult? It was sometimes tough to watch because of how the camera sometimes jerked around.

I have not played the franchise in a very long time but is the brute even capable of striking the hunters weak point with the gravity hammer? Obviously human combatants can melee hunters but maybe the AI simply cannot and thats why he is not charging. The Chieften cant find a "target"

The grav hammer in this game does ridiculous splash damage so I assume it would hit the weak spot regardless. It seems the chieftain is treating the hunter more like a vehicle though, which is why he keeps lobbing grenades so often

Kinda surprised at the sound effects I kinda think halo 3s hunter and everything sounded a lot better and more oomph imo, idk the fight here just doesn’t seem as interesting with the soft sounds like there’s no gravity to the chieftain and hunters battle :/

@@joelclark5273 right? I’ve always felt like everything else after was a little dawngraded or at least reach and after that. I felt like 3 had really good sounds and the way the colors popped and everything looked just always stuck out to me more. (Don’t get me wrong I really enjoy reach) but especially with 343 taking over each game felt like it suffered in quality in little ways enough most people wouldn’t care but know what I mean?
