Something I really admired from this video is you brickman, when you build these amazing Mocs, some people really envy you and really want to do what you do. Some people thinking you need to be real creative when making a moc…And what you did in this video is tell people where you got the inspiration to make this at…just goes to show that anyone can take inspiration from other things.

@@brickman1175 I feel like a nice touch would have been to place the marine sniper from the halo hero's set (or just a random marine with a sniper) up on the catwalk, mabye surveying the area somewhat

Oh wow this looks sick! I love the idea of this industrial area that is overgrown because those are my favorite types of environments. I like how the mongoose looks and the greenery is a nice detail. Great vid and can’t wait for more!

I love how even with your smaller pieces, you experiment a lot with how you put together different textures and pieces of structures. One thing which stood out to me is the way you used the Sabre thrusters to create some pipeline-type elements. Really clever. I'm also going to check out Eric's channel - and I might even post a video of a UNSC Bunker I've had sitting around for a while!

Oh so that's how you made those pipes, really nice. I think it didn't look Halo because we never see the civilian or industrial side of the universe, we don't get civilians or anything. We only know what the UNSC looks like and what they've gone through. Well anyways very nice video explaining how you made the moc, nice to have my questions answered

I actually think this looks way more like H3, the attempts to create an industrial environment amongst the jungle results in exactly this aesthetic in the first few levels, specifically the 1st one, Sierra 117. I don't think this is angled and wrecked enough to be a crashed ship

Since you have so many ‘Coutdown’ sets, maybe after the ‘Ultimate Banished AA Cannon’, you could do an ‘Ultimate Countdown’ MOC?

I feel like this moc would be better placed in Halo 3 as a New Mombasa moc. But I understand wanting to show off the new marines coming from the infinite line.

Your right, I also thought it would be fitting for a Reach diorama too as many areas in the Reach campaign look like this. Versatility is good, maybe I can reuse it in the future. Thanks for the feedback.

I had to sub for this one, that's just unbelievably creative and awesome. Quick question too: do you put any of your MOCs in cases to prevent dust build up or do you have a method of keeping them clean and new? I want to start building my own dioramas but intricate things like this are hard to just wipe down, y'know?

Thanks for the sub and the feedback, welcome aboard. I just cover all my displays with thin plastic dust sheets when I'm not working on them or filming. It doesn't look the best but my studio is purely a studio so the only time I spend in there is to build so being surrounded by stuff under dust sheets doesn't really bother. I never have to dust.

Thanks for the feedback, I get my new sets from Amazon UK if they are current, the ones I can't get from UK I import from Amazon in the states (costly), older sets that I want I buy from EBay UK either brand new or used. Do your research first some of the retired sets on Amazon and EBay go for crazy pieces.

honestly i really wish they did more building/ terrain sets instead of constant vehicles..or the never ending flow of spartans, i want to build an army, not have maybe 3 grunts an arbiter, and 2 banished brutes vs 20 spartans with warthogs and all the other vehicles

How would I go about getting sets that aren’t made anymore in UK? There’s a lot of important characters,like the prophet of truth, that you can’t buy from retail anymore (i may be wrong but I’ve looked everywhere for certain sets and characters that I used to have back when I treated them as just toys, now I realise I shouldve collected these items as I’m starting my collection back up)
