20:30 - Instead of setting just a minimum value, why not have both a min and max? And a value of 0 = not set. That way if you want to use minimum value (current behaviour) you just set that and leave max at 0. Or to achieve the way you were both thinking (which makes more sense to me as well tbh) you leave min at 0 and max at whatever value.
