I had peeled an onion already, but now after watching, I'm going to try your recipe. I'll probably never know what cholay puri is like in Pakistan, but this is as close as I can get..Unless I decide on a takeout here. جذاك الله خير

Can someone confirm the spice amounts, is it: 1/2 tbsp chilli powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp corriander powder Or is all the spices only 1/2 tsp as the spoon looked the same even when adding the tbsp of chilli powder.....
